Terrible UPDATE, constantly logging me out.
Extremely slow when loading the home screen (what's the function of app cache when you have to load every single time?) and has bugs. Especially when setting availability it suddenly goes back to calendar screen very frequently. The worst thing is it doesn't have a dark theme.

It's a work time recording app. With intermittent function. Update 2026. still intermittent functioning. No wonder companies use this craptastical software.

This app is terrible, it's like it was designed by a little kid. Why do I need to download PING ID which is a completely different app for my UKG to work properly? Whatever happened to text message authentication, why does it need to be email? Also, if my app is supposed to be biometric compatible, what is with my login credentials being constantly kicked out? I absolutely loathe it.

this app is NEVER up to date with what HR provides for pto. it's probably my shady work place. Every company should not use this app to screw over employees.
Takes waaaaaaaaay too long to load, and has recently been making me sign back into my account every 2 or 3 days, and it's been doing it when I need to clock back in for work. Terrible app.
APP UPDATE 5/7/2026: This app is so horrible! I'd rather quit my job I've been at for nearly a decade, than have to deal with this app on a daily basis. The only consistent thing about this app, is how often it messes up! It shouldn't take 10 minutes to login, just to clock in! Absolutely Terrible! Won't remember you biometrics, not user friendly at all! Absolute worst payroll app I've ever had to use! If you're a cheap company that doesn't value your employees, select these app choices!
Always crashing. It's the king of glitches. I'd give it -5 stars if that was an option.

Useless app. Use it at work as a punchcard system im sick of of it not regestering punches. its performance is complete trash its obviously just a browser wrap but my god its sloe as hell i much prefer opening it in a standalone browser but the punches still fail.

I have a Samsung s25. A recent update has broken the biometric login. It used to work fine, but now, after it scans my fingerprint, it goes to the "choose an account" screen, then another screen to manually type my password (it does not let me copy/paste or auto-fill from a password manager), then ANOTHER screen that requires duo authentication, which in turn requires me to switch apps...it is such a hassle with all the screens and loading times and takes several minutes just to log in to punch.

Terrible. I tried to log in ten times now and it gives me a message "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."
my work recently switched to this to view our paystubs. on the old app I could see my pay on Wednesdays. here it is Wednesday, and I can't see anything. so much for budgeting.
The app fails to load anything and constantly shows error messages. Very frustrating.

Best way to be late clocking in because the app crashes, takes forever to load, doesnt send the verification text 4 or 5 times in a row. all around terrible app.
it has the options for unlock with face id, but will always make you type in the number anyway and then it sends the login number to your email.
