Sign in every 5 minutes to keep access.
Can't get into the app
This is the WORST timekeeping app I have ever used. Intuitive it is NOT. To go back in and change the time is a nightmare. Hard to tell what date you're on, and whether it's the beginning of the day or lunch. THIS SUCKS. I should have known when it was "formerly known as Kronos"!

Buggy and annoying rating notifications after I keep hitting no. This app is garbage. Stop asking me Edit: update 4 years later. Still garbage. Never loads on time regardless of using wifi, mobile data, updating it, etc. Will cause you to clock in late because it's so poorly optimized.

Genuinely one of the worst user experiences that I'm forced to use. If you're an employer, please, use a different app. Poor design that leads to confusing menus. Absurd password requirements. All support goes through internal HR, obviously your personal experience will differ, but people with degrees pertaining to HR aren't very timely or technically skilled enough to be helpful.
Couldn't sign in with my company's short name for some reason but I clearly watched my coworker login fine. Very upset!

Doesn't work on android.
wow and here I thought paycom was bad. turns out there's an even worse way to display hours worked and other basic information most employees want
it asked me to change my password then locked me out cause said I changed password over 3 times in a day when it kept telling me I couldn't use the password I set

Useless Garbage. Created to complicate people's life and add another layer of byrocracy.
difficult to navigate no clear tabs to show where access to leave applications which is it's purpose by in.
I don't know who made this app but it says the place I work can't be found for some reason
needs dark mode, its 2026 and this should be a standard/required feature on all apps.
its alright, send you an email saying your paystub is ready to view but when you look it isn't
