What I really hate is that every few months it FORCES you to change your password. No notice, it just opens to the change password page when I try to log in. 🤬 Now it won't let me change my password at all. It just keeps sending me to the security question, then back to the change password screen and back again. I uninstalled it and installed it on another device, but I still can't change my password. And I accidentally deleted my old password from my password safe app.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

My company just moved to this and I have to say ADP is 1000% better this app is NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AS TOUR PAYROLL COMPANY!!!!
I am on an android phone and when I try to login I just get a forever spinning circle loading screen. This has been an issue for over 6 months, and it needs to be fixed. It works fine on the web version, it's just this App on android.

Employers use this app because they don't want employees to sign up for benefits. Categories skip, the sign in is a disaster, I currently have no recourse to reset my password because it's asking for my old one. Really bad.
Have a very difficult time accessing it every time there's an update.
my employees are constantly getting locked out of their accounts. seems to happen more on IOS devices but we have quite a few android devices that also get locked out. most employees claim they get a code and then they are locked out. what gives UKG?
Sign in every 5 minutes to keep access.
Can't get into the app
This is the WORST timekeeping app I have ever used. Intuitive it is NOT. To go back in and change the time is a nightmare. Hard to tell what date you're on, and whether it's the beginning of the day or lunch. THIS SUCKS. I should have known when it was "formerly known as Kronos"!

I like I can see my hrs worked and when payday is and even what my pay check will be. I wish there was more I liked though.
this app was great until they made an internal upgrade and made it incompatible for my device. This caused a major problem for timekeeping for employment.
I am giving this app 2 stars because 80% of the time, I cannot log in. It either circles the globe until I get tired of waiting or it tells me there is no internet connection, which is not true.
