Not sure if accurate? If I place on WiFi router, smart meter I get low reading. If I place on my gas central heating I get very high reading. Let me know so I can change my review

I clicked on the classic version and it thanked me for purchasing the pro, i clicked on Pro thinking it would explain thw costs and ut charges me again, how do i get those charges back?
