Terrible experience. I’ve gone through 3 rings in just 2 months because they all stopped connecting and broke. On top of that, the step tracker is completely broken. I tested it against an Oura ring and two phones - they tracked 10k steps while this ring only showed 6k. Other times it drastically overcounts, like logging 9,000 steps during a 1-hour scooter ride. Absolute waste of money.

EDIT: WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THESE ISSUES??** This ring and the app were completely awesome for 4 months. very accurate insights and incredibly useful until the last update. now it won't track my sleep/recovery/stress scores and I'm being bombarded with messages to switch my ring to chill mode. I DON'T WANT TO DO THAT!! it also won't let me add my correct age, weight and height. I change it and it won't save it. I'm angry that I spent $300 on a ring that only worked 4 months. BUYER BEWARE!!!
cant use app keeps crashing saying to update ring stock on syncing data from ring
very bad. few time lost connection and had to reboot or hard rest or factory reset and last time no more functioning or discovering by bluetooth. and had to return for refund after 6 months of usage

TLDR dont buy this product. The ring is Slim however repeatedly reports incorrect sleep as I've owned it. It started out good and for some reason after a couple updates it started to fail. Not to mention i've now had to replace the ring three times through the warranty process and they discontinued the original ring that I had which was titanium. I'm now stuck with a gunmetal gray ring that I'm not entirely a fan of. Once this ring inevitably croaks i will be looking at a different product.

On top of that, the ring itself is full of bugs, crashes constantly, and is wildly inaccurate. Save yourself the frustration and go with another option.
It used to be decent, now there are ads for garbage products like betterhelp whenever I open the app. Garbage company too, they released a new ring (the pro), then my ring (the air) stopped working a couple weeks later.
I have had the the ring for 2 years now. love the capabilities of it. unfortunately the battery does not last. I have gone through 4 in the past 2 years. 1 only lasting 3 weeks. it is very hard to communicate. They want everything to run through AI. They now say they will no longer warranty my ring because I bought it over a year ago. warranty is over. Its really not that old. the last one they gave is only 3 months old. The battery last less than 24 hours. They said they would give me $75 trade
app is stuck with no tech support, worst company i got my ring replaced and was very happy but the replacement was a scam it got discharged in 2 days and it's been 10 days it's is not connecting with phone and there is no help either
Some gaps in its recording and inaccuracies. It is still calibrating so that might be the cause.
app has more sales add than information
When the rings work, they're great and people have no complaints. But I work in ops for a retailer, and the amount of these that are DOA out of the box, unable to do the initial connection/set up, is insane. As is the troubleshooting step of letting the battery drain; as that can take several days - which is a ridiculous time to wait for a unit you've just opened.
The update don't work, the AI can not support the problems. Support team not available. The AI it's not more than a gimmick
I had very bad experience with the ring. first ring was broken, they sent me another one, after 5 days ring was not able to connect to application, I send message to support fee times, emails, but no answer, in support chat AI promising that someone will contact me in 48h, but even 1 week no one responded. Quality of the ring and support is very bad and not professional especially for cost 1450 aed. I will buy oura ring instead.
Dishonest crooks running a scam operation.
Edit 2: Your customer support in the app is a scam. My ring will not hold a charge for even 12 hrs. I was told that I would get a replacement ring, if the issue persisted after a full battery drain. I did that. Support chat keeps saying that I will be connected to a live agent then restarts the conversation completely. Asking all of the same questions then again saying I'm being connected to agent then again not being connected to one. I am soooo disappointed. You deserve less than 0 zero stars.
pathetic customers support and they don't update any kind of status regarding refund process
Also refund already paid emi value of Rupees 3091. As promised today by your staff, I am yet to receive my refund confirmation mail. just do it immediately. Enough is enough. Even sleep not recording properly. waste of money. App crashes most of the time. always flickering.
Things were going good until my ring no longer connects my phone. I cant get in touch with a human to do a warrenty claim. The new AI chat bot keeps circling me back to a new chat when it give me the option to talk to there support team.
As others have reported, the hardware will die after just a couple of months, at which point you are stuck with a useless chat bot that does send you in circles. This device and the shady practices have a more detrimental effect on health as you will be stuck with expensive brick and no support.
This ring has been one of the worst purchases of the past year. The battery life is abysmal.
At first it was a novel idea, Now I have had it for a few months and so far between the odd names for everything and buy this buy that all the time. Now it doesn't charge and I have tried alot of ideas and tried changing the cord and nothing. I am really not impressed with this thing and I am tired of trying. I think what I would really like is my hard earned money back. I have read a good portion of the feedbacks on this ring and I would have to say you owe alot of people their money back!!!!
Ring worked for about 4 months, had to get a replacement, new ring worked for about 4 months, got a third ring which worked a few more months. reached out to support again because the battery did not last 2 days. did exactly what they said, soft reset, factory reset etc. and then the ring no longer connected at all. worse than when I reached out and then was told my ring was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do and I was SOL.
Just be careful when you subscribe to any of their paid service. I sign up for a free trial and they start to deduct before the free trial end. To make matter worst, they continue to deduct from my Google pay for the next few months even after I wrote to the help line to stop twice. I have to cancel my card for them. Decided to stop wearing the ring. Very disappointing.
workouts not closing, app not syncing
Never buy this, worst service after sales. Not a consistent ring, replacement first time after a lot of exercise of reset, battery drain, request, lot of chats and all others. second time my ring do not give a correct count for steps. i had given comparison lot of times but no replacement is issued. A great answer that no body from shipping / courier agency is hearing for this company's support team. All intentional. just they want to linger this warranty period. Still research is not completed
I've had this ring for almost a year & it MIGHT work once a month! So tired of entering Support cases & hear that I need to leave it off the charger a few days so it goes completely dead then connect again! I paid too much for this ring not to have it work consistently! Regretting not spending the extra $50 for the gold Oura!

4 tabs in the navigation bar just for selling more products with no value for ring only owners. No section to see all your fitness activities that has been requested for long time. No dedicated section to track fitness activities and their stats: hours spent, number of workouts, calories burt..etc. 2nd workout start always get stuck loading forever and I have to force close the app to start tracking new workout.

Got this ring based on reviews from amazon. But regret buying this. I already have a google pixel watch 2. The only drawback was battery. I got this ring, but it was way off from my fitbit data from watch 2. The primary vital heart rate is not even close to accurate. Since most of the other vitals are measured from HR, all of them are off. HRV, vo2 max everything. Its workout HR is even worse. I tried breathing exericse and it said that my HR was 186. Should have gone for pixel watch 4.
the app is not working fine with step count and battery level information. the issue was reported to the customer service who are aware of the error on step count but the issue is not yet resolved. with wrong step count many other features must be providing incorrect results and suggestions. pls fix this.
The worst product I have ever bought.. Manufacturing defect and the ring stops working every month..I should have gone for a different product like samsung...please don't buy this..

Fake or paid reviews and ratings. Please don't go with rating. Absolutely waste of money, even if you purchase 2-3k will give you more precise and accurate data. But this is nothing more than fancy price tag. I am using this ring almost 2-3 months now, it even dosent count steps properly I shared feedback but no use. Strictly no buy unless you may want to waste your money.
really disappointed wutht he customer service and support- purchased the ring over 1 year ago and the M1 chip added the cover plan for 2 years and when I tried to claim a relcament ring due to losing it this week...said I didn't purchase the plan in time and that I wasn't eligible... even though they let me purchase the plan???

Meh. I really want to love this ring. But this whole app is just weird averages of AI predictions that are based on non-real time monitoring of HR. Complete lack of customization in the app and the data is questionable. Compared to my Garmin watch, it underestimates steps and heart rate significantly. eg. I went mountain biking this weekend and my Garmin logged my max heart rate at 168 while the ultra human ring has a max of 120 during that time and appeared to log it as steps lol.
Extremely glitchy, sometimes app doesn't sync with the ring randomly no matter how many times you refresh/restart the app. Homepage stats don't match with what it shows when you click on them. Graphs/trendlines are extremely bad. HRV metrics are confusing, cardio age vs heart age don't match.
When there are no issues the app is pretty good. Step counts seem accurate again but now... you cannot log meals by using your camera , with a fail to recognize food item error forcing manually input. This isn't the first time and support in the app is totally useless and awful if even responding
