This ring has been one of the worst purchases of the past year. The battery life is abysmal.
At first it was a novel idea, Now I have had it for a few months and so far between the odd names for everything and buy this buy that all the time. Now it doesn't charge and I have tried alot of ideas and tried changing the cord and nothing. I am really not impressed with this thing and I am tired of trying. I think what I would really like is my hard earned money back. I have read a good portion of the feedbacks on this ring and I would have to say you owe alot of people their money back!!!!
Ring worked for about 4 months, had to get a replacement, new ring worked for about 4 months, got a third ring which worked a few more months. reached out to support again because the battery did not last 2 days. did exactly what they said, soft reset, factory reset etc. and then the ring no longer connected at all. worse than when I reached out and then was told my ring was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do and I was SOL.
Just be careful when you subscribe to any of their paid service. I sign up for a free trial and they start to deduct before the free trial end. To make matter worst, they continue to deduct from my Google pay for the next few months even after I wrote to the help line to stop twice. I have to cancel my card for them. Decided to stop wearing the ring. Very disappointing.
workouts not closing, app not syncing
Never buy this, worst service after sales. Not a consistent ring, replacement first time after a lot of exercise of reset, battery drain, request, lot of chats and all others. second time my ring do not give a correct count for steps. i had given comparison lot of times but no replacement is issued. A great answer that no body from shipping / courier agency is hearing for this company's support team. All intentional. just they want to linger this warranty period. Still research is not completed
I've had this ring for almost a year & it MIGHT work once a month! So tired of entering Support cases & hear that I need to leave it off the charger a few days so it goes completely dead then connect again! I paid too much for this ring not to have it work consistently! Regretting not spending the extra $50 for the gold Oura!
the ring can't tell between me walking/running out riding my motorbike at 80kms an hour, very frustrating.

The ring battery will fail where it needs to be charged twice a day within a year
4 tabs in the navigation bar just for selling more products with no value for ring only owners. No section to see all your fitness activities that has been requested for long time. No dedicated section to track fitness activities and their stats: hours spent, number of workouts, calories burt..etc. 2nd workout start always get stuck loading forever and I have to force close the app to start tracking new workout.

Got this ring based on reviews from amazon. But regret buying this. I already have a google pixel watch 2. The only drawback was battery. I got this ring, but it was way off from my fitbit data from watch 2. The primary vital heart rate is not even close to accurate. Since most of the other vitals are measured from HR, all of them are off. HRV, vo2 max everything. Its workout HR is even worse. I tried breathing exericse and it said that my HR was 186. Should have gone for pixel watch 4.
the app is not working fine with step count and battery level information. the issue was reported to the customer service who are aware of the error on step count but the issue is not yet resolved. with wrong step count many other features must be providing incorrect results and suggestions. pls fix this.
The worst product I have ever bought.. Manufacturing defect and the ring stops working every month..I should have gone for a different product like samsung...please don't buy this..

Unwanted advertisement for powerplugs on the first position in the app which cannot be disabled. Very poor user experience. Also very poor support. Do buy their products!

Fake or paid reviews and ratings. Please don't go with rating. Absolutely waste of money, even if you purchase 2-3k will give you more precise and accurate data. But this is nothing more than fancy price tag. I am using this ring almost 2-3 months now, it even dosent count steps properly I shared feedback but no use. Strictly no buy unless you may want to waste your money.
really disappointed wutht he customer service and support- purchased the ring over 1 year ago and the M1 chip added the cover plan for 2 years and when I tried to claim a relcament ring due to losing it this week...said I didn't purchase the plan in time and that I wasn't eligible... even though they let me purchase the plan???
I’ve owned this ring since 2024, but quality has plummeted. They're pushing new gadgets while ignoring core product support. I pay for an extra service contract, yet support is now just unhelpful AI finding excuses to avoid assistance. They contacted me by email, they are offering a finale replacement, while you cannot find any limitation on replacements with the coverage. They’ve lost all my trust. Do not buy this product, they were reliable, but that is no longer the case. Avoid at all costs.
It used to be decent, now there are ads for garbage products like betterhelp whenever I open the app.
if you're lucky enough to get your ring working reliably then never update either the ring or the app. the latest APP update has destroyed my ring's battery life. a full charge now lasts about 16 hours! previously I was lucky to get 3 days but at least that meant it lasted through 2 nights sleep.
I love the ring but the app... it feels like it changes every day. I can't find things easily. every day the menus seem to change. please just leave my effing homepage alone. keep things in the same places every time. also, don't tell me you created a sleep report and then have to take 15 seconds to generate it when I open the app. generate the report then alert me.
Unhelpful, rings fall apart, customer service just says oh well, sucks to be you.

this company has no clue off what they doing that spo2 level is garbage hrv garbage no way I would recommend this company to anyone my suggestion way to see if the pro version that is coming would offer on demand oxygen level stress levels or hear rate otherwise don't buy pure garbage
I have awful experience with the ring. I keep contacting customers services for the same issue. the ring it's taking forever to change, and then, the battery doesn't last not even one day.
User of app / sensor since 2023. Good experience. But off late their experience is pathetic. chatbot agent (Aman) is not able to understand my queries - same reply time and again. I wanted to speak to an agent on Vixaa device, its accuracy, not being able to sync with the app etc. erstwhile I had the abbott sensor which was replaced with Vixaa (chinese) without any intimation. they need to be more empathetic to consumers esp who are use their app to manage their lifestyle disease.
Inexplicably the app stops syncing and sends sporadic notifications, or none at all. I've really given up on this product as it used to work well, but now is only useful for checking my sleep score IF I think to remember to charge the ring, since I'm getting no reminders about anything.
I do not trust the measurements of the app. It is telling me that I am 28 years old and my heart is also that age. I am over 60. On several occasions I reached to them explaining what is happening with no answer and no action. I am quite disappointed.

I am trying to get my money back via the bank. Regarding the app, it does not track my steps accurately. It logs 10k steps on days I am in the car stuck in traffic, but only 3k steps on days I do a 5k run. It consistently tells me my HRV 'needs attention', but does not tell me how. It aged me by 5 years, but doesn't explain why.
I stopped using it today after a little over 1 month ownership, as detailed as this application and Ring device are, the application needs polishing and optimization, a few updates recently have unfortunately for whatever reason made the battery percentage not show. Speaking to customer service several timss and soft resetting, reinstalling and factory resetting the application solved nothing.
When the device works, it's ok. It sporadically connects, seems to count my steps inaccurately, generally is incapable of capturing my sleep score, help/support is a loop that never gets me anywhere. Daughter-in-law bought this for me, and I don't have the heart to tell her I can't really use it. In the app, I had set an alarm to wake me after a certain number of sleep cycles. The ring was dead and off my finger, and the alarm would go off. I don't trust it or the data.
the app stopped working today for some reason, it's not opening anymore
only had it for 5 days and already had to reinstall :( kept stopping when trying to edit goals. Also not super intuitive UX
App doesn't stay in miles when I change from km. Ring/app shows incorrect walking distance by many, many kms.
I only have the ring (AIR). I'm not going to buy the "Home". I don't want or need to track my glucose. I'm also exceedingly unlikely to upload my blood test report, so it would be nice if I could just use the app to use my ring. UH is using the app to try to upsell you on things you don't want and you can't disable it. It's crossed a threshold where 75-80% of the app isn't for me so it's dangerously close to bloatware.
Annoyingly persistent notifications... Obtuse and misperforming notifications are intolerable. Maybe some people have time to swipe closed upwards of 20 of them a day, but it is far too much for me. Even for something as informative as a health app. Also this number is practically doubled when you have a couple of plugs enabled. Silent mode you may suggest? No - you will still get just as many littering your top panel. I'm now forced to diasble them at the system level.
