Very disappointing experience with UA. They make big promises during admission, but their actions afterward feel misleading and dishonest. The app itself is poorly managed, the complaint system hardly works properly, and support keeps avoiding responsibility instead of resolving issues. Overall, the experience felt unreliable and unprofessional. Hard to trust their commitments after payment is made.
it is the worst coaching just paying high payments to big youtubers using their face to attract their audience because the audience is of mostly 16-21 yrs approx..... jhaase me mat ana mai aa chuki huin free me yt par jyada acha content available hai trust me you people will do nothing just "sorry for inconvenience faced" bla bla blu blu agar itni hi apni company ki respect pyaari hai so kardo refund mere ₹7000 I know nahi kar paoge and to all the ppl reading mat jana iss coaching

The solution to student complaints is very poor. Some of their lectures which are of the same course are not playing or archived and there is no update even after repeated complaints. Even the good faculties have left them or they've fired them. Even their recorded lectures are not playing. Pathetic service Their only focus is on selling the course but they should also solve the problems of the students. Better to join some other platforms like physics wallah etc. Don't fall into their trap.

Unacademy is a very disappointing institute. I downloaded their app once, and after that their team started calling me continuously. When I refused to purchase any plan, they began calling me 10 times a day. Sometimes they call and remain silent without saying a single word, which is extremely irritating and feels like mental harassment. I have blocked several numbers, but they keep calling from new ones. It seems like they are only trying to complete their daily calling targets without caring a

the worst possible app ! i brought iconic batch , and now they won't even pick up call . no student support or structured lectures. I paid so much , yet it all went in waste my fellow student, it's just an advice, don't make the same mistake as me

hii this is Mansi, I chose the batch mainly because of that teacher lets take rakshita mam , but they barely taught only two chapters. The rest of the chapters were taught by other teachers whom we didn’t even know. Overall, the teacher I had taken the batch for didn’t show up properly, so it turned out to be a total waste of money.

Dear Support Team, This is my final attempt to reach you regarding my refund request. I am facing a complete service failure on your platform: Recorded videos are not playing at all Help center is not loading In-app chat support is inaccessible Customer care has denied support for existing users This clearly indicates that I have no access to the service or any support mechanism despite having paid for the subscription. This is a serious case of deficiency of service and denial of customer
I have contacted the helpline members so many times but didn't get any help . There are so many technical glitches in the zenith series and the team members couldn't resolve the issue . it's really so disappointing that a reputable platform like breaks out trust during peak exam times when students like us trust for our preparation. Highliy disappointed by the technical glitches of this app . No problem against the educator , the educator is great , the content is great but technical glitch .

Hello Sir/Ma’am, I have an active subscription valid till August and I have already enrolled in the classes. However, I am unable to see my January and February classes in the app. Additionally, the classes for March, April, and May also appear incomplete, with several dates missing. Since my subscription is still valid, I do not understand why these classes are not accessible. Kindly look into this issue and restore all my classes at the earliest. I would appreciate a quick resolution. Thanks..
I don't know but why unacademy delete it's custom test option which is very helpful in testing our class 11 th in 12th standard it is important plz if it is possible add that feature 🙏 plz
I have recently paid ₹99 for a one-month subscription, but the "Plus" tab in my app is showing a completely blank screen. Because of this, I am unable to search for any classes or watch any special videos. My studies have been affected since yesterday. Please fix this issue as soon as possible so I can resume my classes.

worst experience ever i am a iconic subscriber on unacademy but when i didn't subscribe they call me 3 to 4 time per day but after i purchase a course and order books, my books were not delivered yet I called them many time. they do not receive my after many calls they ask me to send email. i emailed about 20 time and its about 4 months but they don't deliver my books. greedy of money morons😡😡
