★★★★★ "I love Uniqlo, but the online shopping experience in Spain is disappointing. You can’t return online purchases in-store, so you have to repackage everything, go to Correos, and pay €3 just to return an item." - Pol Gomà Deàs

Always logged out and needing update when I rarely need it...
it's very difficult
misrepresented the deal which I got the app for. £10 off is not the same as £10 when spending over £70. That's underhanded, Uniqlo
Constantly crashing, then app won't often recongnise login details so have to revert to website to purchase. Really useless
What happened to Uniglo? This used to be a cracking app that sold me great clothes. Now it's all grandparent knitwear and the app doesn't load properly any more. Everything just seems so drab now. I used to buy all my clothes here. Now I'm spending my money on Vinted instead.
Just don't buy anything from the app. If you want to return a product with issues they would not help you at all, you will have to find a service delivery by yourself and send the product to them, with your own money, even if the delivered product came broken to you. Their return policy it makes you give it up and accept to pay for broken products.
The app is useless to buy the discounted items. You filter the available items in the online store but after opening them you find out that they are already sold out. Terrible experience and it's something that should be easy to fix.
can't check what's on my cart without logging in.
it's kinda hard and odd to navigate the app. I dont like it at all.
broke
lost a lot. they don't know what's wrong and they did nothing to make it good.
man kann nicht mit seinem GuestID sich einlogen! und email Addresse ist ohne Grund nicht erkennbar!
unable to use the new update as it is not compatible with my phone. I'm unable to order anything.
why do you not show barcode when makingnpayment and start using the bank app
UI/layout is awful. When pushing on women's or mens at least have a drop down menu so we can select the type of clothing. This app is too focused to look like tiktok
terrible app for such a big brand like Uniqlo. Bugged with error messages, doesn't even recognise your log ins
looks great, can't use it though. is there another app where you can actually browse clothes??
Great brand, awful app. Cannot even log in using the app. it gets stuck all the time and goes back to the home page ...
lo que compras online no se puede devolver en tienda , cuidado
I had problems registering, then, after two days and 1.000 times I copy pasted the number that came to my mail to the register page I finally made the order I wanted, BUT couldn't pay with Google pay. After three trials and my nerves on red alert, I finally did the order, because I really wanted that dresses, but ok, next time it is a No thank you for me.
painful user experience
The UI is unintuitive. There aren't enough filter settings to narrow the search down. There aren't enough pictures of models wearing the products from different angles. I hope somebody is listening 🤷🏻
App does not start. Stuck on the loading screen
hard to navigate. poor choices and availability
The sale is happening and here I am trying so hard to log in on this app with no success... I just want to log in ....
annoying app, keeps asking me to login and when I do it keeps giving me username error
it is stuck at: Welcome to the UNIQLO app Get access to exclusive perks, including limited-time offers, discount vouchers, purchase history, and free product sampling programmes with the UNIQLO App. help me please.
Ungute Erfahrung.
Whoever designed this app should be fired because it's absolutely not helping me to buy anything from it.
C'est toujours compliqué de se connecter, il y a souvent des bugs
Fantastic clothes awful, awful app. this is beyond rubbish. Is this even an app? it's just a website embedded into what looks like an app. poor ux, checkout doesn't load, basket doesn't load. Everything takes ages. Please start again.
Love uniqlo but terrible UX
App is just a poorly ported website
keeps crashing on me....
Uniqlo itself is fine, the clothes are decent. But the app is clearly just a wrapper for the webpage, which is cheap to do, but it suffers for it, and is a poor app as a consequence. Filtering is close to non-existent, it defaults to showing you things you may not want, can't recall filters or your size, and will show many things as if they're in stock, even when they aren't (which is frustrating). This is ... less than ideal overall. Some investment would be quite beneficial.
Not a user friendly app or website, clunky.
Very laggy and unintuitive experience. App is laggy even on flagship phone and the user interface is very unintuitive with search menu and categories being all over.
I love Uniqlo, but the online shopping experience in Spain is disappointing. You can’t return online purchases in-store, so you have to repackage everything, go to Correos, and pay €3 just to return an item.
poor layout and user experience.
they made a whole new app and it still sucks that's crazy, I do still like the clothes tho 🙂↕️
Feels like a shortcut to the web. Don't shop online if you don't have a physical store nearby. Returning items is a nightmare.
App kept crashing when scrolling down in Men's Jeans, slim straight style, on Android 15.
I find me things in this app that is broken than what is working. I can't believe such a big company is unable to make a decent app. Took them literally one year to respond to my support request.
Woke up early to get a release as a present. Spent over an hour trying to deal with system errors due to their payment system being faulty. Eventually, they release a notice for it. Now I'm sleep-deprived and finally managed to get the items. Generally a bad experience. If you are going to release items in a queue because you think there will be demand make sure your payment systems are working first and can handle the load you define by the queue. Incompetence...
Woefully user-unfriendly. I gave up trying to make a purchase and went elsewhere.
what's the point of an online app if everything is always out of stock? If stock is an issue just let us back order what we want and then several months after purchase give us a notification that my orders got fulfilled. All this really is is a glorified catalogue to know what's being made.
Painful. They definitely make you work for you £10 off voucher. Registration is flakey and mostly broken. After 30 mins of trying you might succeed. In hindsight if much rather not have the vouchers and just have back the time I spent frustratingly entering my details for the 100th time.
