please don't put your card information on this. specially if you buy tickets on flexy pay method. because they do autorenew automatically without autorization even if you cancelled ur contract they don't give your money back.
Location services prompt won't dismiss if "No Thanks" is tapped. The window will just keep reappearing.

This is the app you are expected to install if you want a map of the Universal Studios Hollywood. The app has a partial list of attractions and an unfathomable map that does little to help find attractions. The does not show wait times for the attractions, or showtimes for the shows, for that you need to visit their website. When there is so much effort in the park, why ship an app that ruins the experience? A paper map would be much more readable in bright sunlight and is easy show family.
to look up anything it tries to take you to the website and gives a 400 error on every link, frustrating! cant even look at menus.
I made an account it won't let me log in says wrong password which it isn't but tried to change it. i got the link it ask for the password. cant do that either

Cannot purchase ticket, keep displaying error message "An internal Server Error occurred. Please try again later."

While saved, it requires it to be re-entered, but when doing and it gives an error. Doesn't matter, even if it doesn't spit that error it won't actually save it so you can't save the card. So mobile ordering was impossible. The park is mid tier and the experience here is not worth the price. Stay home or go to Disney.
Disable annoying geo location prompt
Terrible App, terrible place to visit. Extremely overpriced entry fee. wait times are too long, ride times are too short and not well thought out. Studio tour is outdated and boring. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Useless app tbh, went for a day to universal studios and downloaded the app to help me on my day trip. Only thing app was good for was to view ride time waits and see the map which didnt help much since rides have a wait time posted outside and the park isn't that big and maps are posted through out the park.
This app is extremely bad, does not allow to create an account stating email adress is wrong. I tried 4 different emails from different domains.
Does not let me create acc
You need it to make reservations, but it doesn't work. Tried to sign in for 2 days and every time there was an issue. I even tried creating a new password and a new profile and nothing worked.
Won't let me use the app without turning location on, and the map doesn't show you where the bathrooms are.
Sucks
The ride waiting times on the app are totally dishonest. App said 100 minutes for the mario kart ride at the point when we got in line; in the end, we waited 160 minutes. I'd like my hour back, please

The dumbest app ever created. On my first and only time opening this app it asks 5x for my email telling me good news you have an account already. It asked 5x for my password. It asked to verify my email with a OTC 4x each it said was successful. And other repeatedly ask me to buy tickets it wouldn't let me do anything like plan my trip. I downloaded this app a few weeks ago, and I'm still unable to create an account. I keep getting the same error message.
Useless app. Overheats the phone and provides no more user value than the website. Tickets purchased in the app aren't viewable in the app. The tickets are only available via email and then have to be scanned into the app.
Can't login because it says there isn't an account on my email. Sucks that you need a broken app to use your fast passes.
