credit card payment has a very high failure rate in this app. tickets often have to be purchased online then transferred to the app. good luck if you want to addon something in the park. cannot do basic e-commerce

Cannot have WiFi scanning disabled as it constantly popups with the permission request for it. With this many people in a park it sucks my battery and wastes it's resources so I really don't want to use it.
They should copy the Disneyland app, that is much easier to use, I am trying to figure it out how to show the qr from the app. Because in this app you can't buy the tickets. I do not know if I will have to show the qr from the email and then how can I do to get the time entry to the crowded places?
They should upgrade it like the Disneyland app. The international credit cards are not even accepted.
close to waste app. I believed I could use it to administer my tickets or book real cue slots. But after hours of trying I confirm this app is a complete waste of time. The only thing that I could vaguely give a positive score is the map function. After being in the park for 2-3 hours it starter showing where we were.
I was getting some notifications when I was in the park, but they didn't follow my language settings, and instead were all in Japanese. The app isn't too intuitive, took me a while to realize I can view events on the map. Yet, the worst thing was the battery drain! It consumes a lot of power even in the background, so in your Android settings force it to be put to deep sleep when in the background.
Horrible system, why not let people get what they paid for without so much trouble?

Keeps asking to turn on GPS to track location, and it is impossible to decline. This should be optional, no need to force it on people

from my experience with how super Nintendo world is handled, i won't be returning. from a lottery system to get into places you PAID to be in and a horrible app that breaks after a single lottery attempt, meaning if you're unlucky the first time your sol as it wont let you apply to any other timeslots. if I could give this a zero rating would waste of $70.

Why are the express passes disabled for April and may????
Does not work well for Americans or with any American debit/credit cards. Will not operate unless GPS location is turned on and running. Stand feature just to view and purchase tickets. Limited English functionality. Anything in-depth week link to a website outside of the app. Customer service is only a "Bot/AI." Useful for wait times and to store tickets digitally on. Would not recommend this app.
App is poorly made. It doesn't account screen sizing, date at end of month? Good luck scrolling to it There are hidden elements that you have to know about, like timed entry tickets. It's clear universal wants your money and wants you to make mistakes, so that you are forced to purchase more. Also the staff at Universal hides behind a smiling face and the veil of language barrier in order to facilitate the scaming of their customers. If you are borderline, don't go to this cash grab.

unable to register park passes. can't book area timed entry passes because of that. wtf is the purpose of this system if users are not able to register their passes? this seems like such an easy issue to solve for a world-class company and activity, yet it is failing.

BEWARE. USJ changed the ticket price code from B to C after we already bought tickets on the official site months before for that specific date. As a result being there for rope drop was a waste of time. We spent rope drop watching everyone else go in whilst in the guest services queue, and they didn't even open those windows early to sort the mess out. Then of course they wanted more $ to change the tickets to a higher price category. Universal - we are never coming back to this or any resort
The app is not user friendly at all and hard to navigate. Cannot find your bookings or the even the restroom easily.

This app exists solely to allow you to purchase tickets. Purchasing tickets is non-functional for many people. Don't waste your time.
Terrible park, they force you to leave everything in your bags that you can't take on some rides. Japan requires all tourists to keep passport with you at all times... It is very easy to steal things from some of their fully open lockers at some rides, i.e. you can easily lose your passport, money, phone. They will check all your pockets multiple times. * Hard to find water * queue in full sunlight because you are not allowed umbrella * not allowed glasses
The app often crashed, using too much ram in background
Could give 0 stars if I could. App is literally a UX car crash. Doesn't seem to store tickets, have to leave the app to get QR codes. Doesn't tell you what will work in the park and what not. It's just a disaster. I can see why Japan is going nowhere on terms of app development.

It is impossible to buy tickets from this app or the website. I have tried with visa, MasterCard... Utterly useless.

Didn't work for timed entry, despite reinstall, and a restart it would give a error. Had to have a local friend use their copy of the app in Japanese to accept and allow reservations. Garbage app, the only thing it's good for is seeing how many rides are broken.

Can't buy tickets through the app because the field for the card holder name doesn't allow spaces. I ever tried pasting it in but even that doesn't work.
Totally horrible, it's a half-baked app with chrome-browser symbiote, their payment system don't even work, what a shame.
