The app is not well developed. I couldn't login after subscribing. The app kept sending auth codes and never loaded the app. If I hadn't paid yet, I would uninstall it for sure. Needless to say I'm not renewing my subscription
If I could I would give it 0 stars. Who puts adverticement on the middle of the episodes, of 1.5 min and multiple times? Learn from Prime. Put them at the start and end. The app itself gets stuck or lags.
Before it did not have ads/commercials, now getting them ALL THE TIME!!! Line up also kind of sucks.
This app is terrible. - There's no auto play for next episodes - Smart TV App barely works. There's often latency and lag. - Since the TV app doesn't work, I have to use the TV Cast option, and with that, I have to switch the language to English on every single episode. This feels like the Beta version.

Roku tv app won't even let me create an account. When I tried to set up the password it said that there was an error. After trying different passwords it says my email is already in use. Did it create a an account? I tried all the passwords I was trying and none of them worked. Won't pay a subscription for this stupid streaming service
PAID app keeps freezing watching from series. not a network issue, app in Samsung tv and android keeps crashing. do not waste money on this
way too many ads, and keeps getting stuck, when i open the app again to continue watching... i have to see another ad, and after the ad i get an error.... i understand they want you to pay for the premium but instead this non stopping series of ads just makes you want to cancel the subscription... terrible experience, I just wanted to see Rookie season 8 before it hits another platform but i rather waiting
Por suerte tiene un periodo de prueba de 7 días porque no vale ni 1 peso, es la peor app que he tenido en la tv. No se puede reproducir ningún contenido porque nada carga, y cuando logra avanzar algo se traba otra vez
Very bad user experience... App does not remember last seen episode, the interface is so basic, and the cost is above average. What made me unsubscribe is the fact that I originally subscribed to see the FROM series, just to find out they have season 1 and 3, but not 2! What? is this a joke!? already spoiled myself with autoplay..

Way too many ads. Cannot fast-forward content without being forced to watch a 90 seconds ad. And even if I watch it doesn't resume from were I selected in the progress bar. Edit to clarify: the problem is not the ads themselves, is that they are excessive. Advancing the progress bar shouldn't trigger an ad, especially if I just watched a 90 SECONDS AD. To make things worse the app is very buggy

impossible to login
No funciona en Chromecast. Se queda con pantalla en blanco después de firmarse. Incluso cuando llega a funcionar en el pasado siempre marcaba errores.
Se ingresa el código para verificar la cuenta y se queda en negro la pantalla. No me funciona. Ya se instaló y desintalo la App y no hay remedio, mal servicio
De lejos la peor aplicación de streaming que he utilizado. No carga nada, dura siglos en abrir la aplicación (si es que abre, porque la mayoría de veces se queda en negro la pantalla), pésima interfaz, lentísima. Horrible, no hay absolutamente nada rescatable. La he puesto en 3 teléfonos de modelos diferentes y en ninguna sirve, en la smartbox de televisión tampoco, en la web es aún peor, siempre tira errores al cargar y no entra. Un desperdicio total de dinero, no la paguen, no vale para nada.

Every time I cast, i have to hard reset my phone as the app freezes and blocks the phone. worst app i have ever installed.
Tienen que actualizar como a una forma más fácil de ingresar el usuario y contraseña. También la reproducción de los canales se pega mucho, teniendo 500mbps en fibra óptica. En resumen está es la peor app de streaming.
paid for the most expensive package and it doesn't support downloads. content is very limited... this service compared to other ones is mediocre at best. I'm very disappointed
Perfect app if you want a black screen. It doesnt work in any of my devices. I cancelled the suscription, not worth it to spend more time trying to make it work
Muitos problemas. • Dificuldades para abrir no celular e no tablet Samsung/Android, erro no captcha; • Não consigo gerenciar os aparelhos conectados, somente quando excede o número permitido; • Na LG TV, Google TV e Apple TV há bastante trabalho para os UX e EX Designers. Quando seleciono o botão ENTER ou Central dos controles, ao invés de apenas PAUSAR, como ocorre com qqr app, na Universal+ automaticamente fica posicionado em VOLTAR, o q é ilógico e atrapalha a experiência do assinante.
la aplicación funciona de manera muy inestable en Android tv , la única forma de ver de una forma estable es compartir desde mi celular
The worst experience ever. I set up this app on Roku and it wasn't able to balance the internet speed. It always crashed and when I clicked on the "Continue" button it started my movie again from the begining. It was very difficult to watch my movie due to this bugs. Little piece of s#1t
Se bloquea la suscripción cada par de semanas y tengo que desinstalar la aplicación y volver a activarla con mi cable operador. La aplicación es lenta y se queda pegada.
Annoyingly bad. Ads every 5 minutes. Disappearing bookmarks. Every 2 weeks ir so, have to go to web page and erase devices (which is the same tv or tablet appearing several times) otherwise I can't login because no profile is shown. App in LG smart tv is buggy: ads appear ,and on return, the video does not resume, gets stuck waiting. Have to go to tablet (more ads), watch 2 minutes, go to tv and resume with new bookmark (with more ads of course). And 5 minutes later, ads again and repeat.
Tiene anuncios cada 5 minutos, no vale la pena.

No es posible cambiar el color, tamaño y fuente de los subtitulos. No encontré opcion por ningún lado. No pude ni en mi pc, teléfono o smart tv. Me debo conformar con subtirulos blancos dentro de una caja negra horrible.
It hasn't been working properly for weeks, it does not allow me to connect to the TV or App.
La app tiene muchos errores. Cada vez que hago Screencast con chromecast la app cambia el idioma del audio y desactiva los subtítulos, por lo que tengo que ingresar cada vez y cambiar lo mencionado. Termina un episodio y no reproduce solo el siguiente, tengo que cambiarlo manualmente.
no me deja iniciar sesión, pagué mi suscripción y ahora no me saca de que elija suscripción de nuevo, y cuando la selecciono me dice que ya tengo suscripción. osea, pagué y no me deja usarlo. super mala app.
Ni se les ocurra pagar una suscripción. Solo perderán el dinero. La calidad de la imagen es malísima además de que se pausa cada dos segundos para cargar.

While the programming is great, the app itself is just awful on both my TV and my phone. It only works properly about 50% of the time. It cuts out during streaming and randomly signs me out. I get at least two error messages every time I use it.
Muy mala app por no decir pésima, se queda pensando mucho, no carga, se queda la pantalla en negro y da mensajes de : "Ups! No es posible acceder a la red" o Ups! Algo ha salido mal. Por favor intenta de nuevo. Código de error: [9100_0000]. Y así es siempre, para que se paga entonces? Para colmo cuando se trata de ingresar por la web del Chrome sale "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" No pasa de ahí, y no me da el ingreso a mi cuenta con el email, se que el cloudfare pensando y no verifica nada🙄
the app works only once, after 5hrs it just crashes forever, it doesn't matter if your try deleting and downloading the app again, or anything. they robbed me
not on English. no option to change to English when app is downloaded on my tv box
