The apps of UPPCL/MVVNL are mostly non-functional.I have made seven complaints on1912 & even to Jansunwai but my complaint for giving the Final bill & NOC after PD of a temporary connection has not been resolved. The CGRF is a FRAUD as it never accepts any complaint & directs you to contact the Server team(as if we have their numbers ?) It is time the UPPCL sets all these Apps and websites right. Otherwise where does a common consumer go for his grievances?

waste App. why are you wasting government money. i am not able to raise complaint there is no submit button. even side bar is not opening. i have got a bill of 8k for 200 unit. its not explained in the bill.

This app is useless. For more than a month, OTP is not received on Mobile. This complaint was made several times but, they failed. If login not available for which use it will be?
When the total payment was ₹749, then why are you asking for payment by doing this, ₹742 first and then ₹7 later? The total payment has been asked for in one go, show 749 749 in one go. You have to make the payment twice, this is wrong, isn't it?
Bad server,
Unable to pay my bill because the payment amount textbox is disabled and does not accept input. This appears to be a bug and prevents bill payment entirely. Please fix it as soon as possible. Very frustrating experience.

Every time this app gets the latest update it gets auto log out, also the process of this app is very slow. This app is getting worse day by day.

Terrible app, new update every few days but no bugs are fixed. No action is taken on raising service requests. In June 2026 the bill is generated but bill pdf is not available for download.
