I do not like the partnership that UPS has with USPS. I have had orders lost. UPS drivers cannot lookup or track the orders.

if I could give 0 stars I would. I have an email saying my package was delivered, and it gives the option to view the delivery picture to ensure it was actually delivered and it re-routed me multiple times to something OTHER than my delivery picture. I ask because my neighbor says it ISNT THERE! NEVER WILL I ORDER SOMETHING THAT COMES UPS

The driver can't find my house even though I have spoken to customer service and given them explicit instructions. I had this issue with the last package, and when I tried to tell them where my house is there is no option for that in the app. They then delivered it the next day to a house that is a mile away from my house. Luckily no one stole it before I went to go pick it up. I'm frustrated. Even fast food delivery drivers can find my house, because their apps let you put specific instructions

no package two days in a row. driver says its not in the truck again and was told by center it was left in the building, ups codes it as no gate acess code,(lies from the center) no gate on property. At least code the exception correct. corporate complaint to follow.

Most USELESS courier service I've ever had the displeasure of using. Sending package to the wrong country, claiming delivery was attempted without even bothering to use the door phone. All on a EXPRESS package. Avoid at all cost, unprofessional and the app is not user friendly at all.
Fahrer versucht wie ein hirnloser Zombie, zwei Tage hintereinander einen geschlossenen Access Point anzufahren und die App lässt mich keinen Lieferort angeben. Als Support gibt es nur einen schlechten KI Assistenten, und anrufen kann man auch vergessen.

ups has gone downhill, and fast! the company sucks, the app sucks, the service really sucks. used to be my go to shipping company when we had our freeze dried dog treats and candy business. now, I try to avoid using them at all cost!
Delivered to wrong address, Delivery person needs to look at the address better. Now I have to contact the sender due to their error. Unbelievable how careless the company is. And I have more packages coming thru this company. Disappointed ☹️
talk about a dogshit app, cant verify email, all you get is an error message and that after youve already verified the email. Guess I cant blame a dominate shipping company for not paying developers to make an app that works right?

Your service is flat out garbage. At least if someone pays for next day and doesnt make it on time. The following business it should be at the top of the delivery schedule. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!

You list my package and never helped me to resolve the problem. UPS at one time was a good shipping company. I will avoid using UPS from now on.
Utter rubbish. Impossible to edit my details, says tracking numbers don't exist, and not easy to navigate. Makes life harder, not easier.
They only deserve half a star because when they put my package on the ground they NEVER ring the bell or knock.When you all put the package on the ground,would you PLEASE RING DOORBELL or KNOCK!!!! your welcome.

we have the worst ups driver in the county he has admitted he has to be back by a certain time to home base...he will absolutely not deliver to us and pretty much the whole rural community...my road is good and there is no excuse...but yet he delivers to people we all know...he picks who he wants to deliver to and when you call and complain they say you will get your package tomorrow...never comes and he knows where I live and refuses to show up. FedEx always shows up. UPS sucks

package was filthy! looks like it had been dropped in a mud puddle and dried
tracking map only works about 5% of the time. multiple times the map just says. error determining location or just won't load. Reload the app and it might work for a minute then errors again. same issue on website. also, tracking times are always off by hours. i.e. says package will be delivered between 1-4. but doesn't get delivered until 8 and app never gets updated.
