Worst trading app and even worse customer support. They deducted AMC at the start of the financial year and also charged me for changing my bank account/payment method. I added funds on 08/06/2026, but they settled the AMC and bank modification charges only on 29/06/2026, causing unnecessary confusion. Poor transparency, unfair charges, and support that barely helps. Plenty of better brokers available. Would not recommend.

Hello I have noticed that I whenever I have bought a perticular stock, amount was debited in full. but next day I see that in MTF? same number of stock but entire amount debited? u don't even have any section in your app to raise complaint about glitches? what happened to my remaining money debited and how did stock moved to MTF section? i had made sure that I didn't buy it in MTF. i had unchecked MTF. i don't know who to contact in case of any issue. there is no transparency in this app

Very worst service. Upstx is doing scam by the name of referral scheme. I have opend 2 demat a/c via my referral link. however both the time I have not got any referral benefit and also the name of the persons are not mapped under my name. And after connecting with the Customer support desk. The Agent name-Yash was simply saying that the concerned person has not open his demat account via your link again and again and same their email support team is doing just copy past response. i will close.
6 month baad system update krke apni aur se new Function de dete ho. Jis screen ki aadat ho chuki hoti hai, use dubara fir se samzana padta hai. ek br samja, do bar samja ab Tisri br fir se samjo.
This is a very bad app; it has eaten my money. This is a fraud. I had Rs 1700 in my wallet, and now it has been deducted to Rs 1300.
Worst App Faced a severe technical glitch on the Upstox trading platform during live market hours. The positions tab displayed a heavily glitched and incorrect Profit and Loss (PnL) value compared to the actual execution prices. Due to this data lag and frozen tracking, I was unable to manage my risk or square off at the correct target, resulting in an immediate financial loss. I have already raised a grievance ticket with Upstox support and shared identical screenshots of the system failure.

very poor customer care service. Even after asking multiple to provide help over call there is no response from the team even after 1 month before I have raised the ticket to modify my SIP on 45th day just before getting SIP due date they are saying there is technical glitches. just wanted to ask whether money grows in tree

Absolutely the worst account closure experience. Opening an account took minutes, but trying to close it turned into weeks of frustration. I raised multiple tickets, sent repeated emails, and kept getting the same copy-paste replies. AMC charges kept changing, making the process even more confusing. I felt completely ignored as a customer. If you're thinking of opening an account, first ask yourself how difficult it might be to close it.
