Can't even log in. Really bad UX, get stuck in an endless login loop where is asks me for my 2FA authentication code but when I go back to the app to enter it, it reverts to login main screen again so I need to start over. When finskor managing to enter the code (by starting the process with copying the code and then initiating login sequence) it simply reloads to the main mobile site suggesting I download the mobile app 🤦

This is a useless app. You go round in circles and are never able to log in. It’s a complete waste of time.

I like the idea. I like to collect cards and I fly relatively often, so perfect app. But the execution... I can honestly say I have not seen such unresponsive and unintuitive app for years. Every tap is 20-40secs of waiting. Usually waiting for an error. It took me half an hour and a couple force quits after soft locks to add two flights and collect 4 cards. One flight was added twice, despite the app telling me it was not added at all. Shame.

Sign up does work, however, after receiving the confirmation email and clicking the link, it does not lead to the app. Just to the Uptrip homescreen. So never passed step 1 out of 4. It's been like this for weeks now. Uninstalling the app...
Unable to download the app. And yes, tried and checked all possible obstacles (system updates, restarting phone etc), and still nothing. Gets to 99% installation and then comes error message of unable to install.

cannot login. the login with either miles and more or Google prompts me the error, that a user with my mail already exists. yes, it does. that's why I clicked login. not register. useless.

High promise, extremely low reward. I've installed the app two days ago, did 16 flights last week, only allows me to scan one boarding pass, out of 5 legs accepts only two, and that's it. I would have expected the app to allow for all my flights to be added. Being a HON, I naturally fly a lot. The perks also are very dysmal. The idea would be wonderful, but as always with Lufthansa, it remains an idea or concept without any real life usefulness. Why these stupid limitations?
Es funktioniert gar nicht. Das Link zur Verifikation meiner Email klappt nicht. Niemand von Support antwortet auf meine Anfragen. Ich habe mein Problem ausführlich geschildert mit Screenshots. 10 Tage später fragte mich die Mitarbeiterin K., ob ich ein Diensthandy benutze. 😖
this is a joke. My miles and more account has a two factor authentication but whenever I switch from the login page to the Authenticator App the login resets. so I cannot log in...
Are those updates ever being tested? After the last one there is yet another major bug: once you get logged off it's impossible to get back in, caught in a loop of login page and email verification that then takes you to app installation, which leads you back to login...

NFT nonsense
Terrible, IT made in Germany - nothing works. Try to login with your milesandmore. Takes you to a website, login, then you comeback to the app to see that you are taken back to login menu and you can repeat this process as long as you want :) So much fun!
Too complicated
sinnlos - automatischer Scan der Board Karten ohne Funktion , Buchungscodes werden nicht gefunden , obwohl diese auch bei Miles and More vorhanden und LH Flüge sind. Manuelles Nachtragen der Flüge nicht möglich, da Upload der Boardkarten nicht funktioniert. kurzum nichts funktioniert
Huge scam, made the mistake of buying new cards to get some extra points for Miles and More, just to realise it had no point.
I barely managed to install this after 3rd try, and then sign up procees started failing. So can I use this app? No. Will I want to try it again in the future? Also no. Feels like typical quality of anything Lufthansa. Just in case to avoid marginal reply: Latest Android, latest App version, 2 year old well trusted and tested smartphone
The idea for a fun and interesting app with great benefits is there. But it is extremely limited as to which airlines you can actually use. I deleted the app again right after install, and made sure to unsubscribe.
Login with Miles&More doesn't work. Unusable
The rewards are a joke. The small amount and varities of rewards are decreasing. You have to pay a fee to trade cards which is another joke.
Great until it stopped working on my Android. Well done Lufthansa, just as with Allegris...
App not compatible anymore. No warnings and now suddenly not able to collect cards. Did not expect this kind if service...

Not working. Scanning LH boarding pass, app says this airline not supported 😂. Then tried enter booking number and name, but app didnt allow enter name😄 Looks app was coded by begginer programmer 😂

Nice idea, but buggy. I lost cards because the loading screen bugged and I couldn't select. Now it says it's claimed already.
Version 1.3.3 is incompatible with devices running Android versions older than 12. That's 1 in 3 devices in circulation! You're effectively asking people to throw away their otherwise perfectly fine decices. So much for your claims of working to be "green".
