This app is just Google Maps for money. The boundaries are the same ones shown on Google maps. The names of everything are the same ones shown on Google maps. If it's not on Google maps, it's not on this app. I bought the app based on a referral but I don't see any benefit over Google maps. There's actually less benefit because if I input something incorrectly, Google maps will figure out what I meant. This map doesn't do that. I don't see the benefit.

Unless you are on the west coast this app is pretty useless.
Someone took a nation-wide screenshot of public GIS data and turned it into an app. The result is horribly pixelated. Looks great when you're zoomed out at state level. Worthless when you zoom in beyond county level and are missing the real details of public land boundaries. Geospatial MVUM maps are free, but this "app" is not.
No star just bought this and not working want my money back

Comparing this to other apps, which are free, this has less functionality. Doesn't do anything besides show regions/blm/other/etc. Nothing to see here.
Used the app on a brand new note 20 ultra 9/15/20. It doesn't work no information loads on the map. Garbage 🗑

Neat app but very inaccurate! Don't depend on this app it will miss lead you!
I checked several known locations including near my home. None were accurate, not even close. State lands near me were not listed, and MY property is shown as USFS. Don't drive up my drive thinking you're going to camp! This is going to get someone in trouble. I'd expect this much of a free app but one you have to pay for people expect accuracy. Refund my money.
Have been waiting over night, with good connection and won't install. Refund my money please.
This app is so inaccurate it will get you in trouble. The overlays show major ranches in my area as being on BLM land which are not. It also shows one of the most popular public lakes here as being on private land which is not so. Don't count on it in any way or you may find yourself with trespassing charges. I want my money back
I can't see anything but a white screen. Searching does nothing. Layers do nothing. Clearing the cache and app data and restarting does nothing. This is useless. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 SM-T235Y.
I have the standard map enabled AND all the layers; with a connection. Only the green National Forest layer displays. The basic map displs nothing. CRAP!

Sure I can turn layers on and off one by one and figure it out by elimination, but that's work. And even then I wouldn't know much about it. I should be able to tap on a piece of land in the overlay, find out who owns it, and find out what it's name is. That would make this app 100 times more useful.
It could be a good app but accuracy isn't it's strong suite...For example, I'm presently on private property and surrounded by numerous pieces of private property yet it's showing this entire area as national forest...theres also an annoying blur on the edges of the layers making it difficult to tell where the boundary actually lies; when zoomed out, thats great to look at but zoomed it, the true boundaries are vague to say the least...
Inaccurate. Current location way off...by miles, not just a few feet. Tested app while on known BLM land. App has my location as being in the nearest town miles away (nearest cell tower, maybe??). As mentioned by other reviews, this type of flaw could cause a user to be on private property and not know it. Be diligent when using this app. Great concept, could be very useful if accuracy was improved. Would also be nice if app included camping locations on public land, state trust land...etc.

Not accurate. Hit or miss on accuracy, mostly off. Entire sections of private land, labeled public. Some areas are correct but one border will be off by up to a half mile. Useless when accuracy is important.
I bought this for Michigan and the borders are not even close. Miles off in some locations. Very disappointed.
I second all that Dennis Keppner has said. What as waste of money. You can find much better for free online.
At 50mb there darn well better be some offline maps since the layers are simple polygons with NO associated info. Yep, NO info if you are offline. BUT If you like semi-transparent overlays to your maps with little to no information about them then this is a good app for you. You will most likely need a supplemental app to get any camping information and oops, that one may need connectivity as well to get the info. Oh, and if you use this app for what it was intended, there is a VERY good chance there won't be that connectivity. Eye candy at best and sugar free ie; Nothing to see here, move along. 2 stars only because it actually functions. Where's the refund queue?
