will never accept a tracking number!!! basic function broken for months
poor bullarky information app is NEVER UP TO DATE the app 99% OF THE TIME doesnt ever show the items for which there is a current tracking number so you never know when sobering l something is on time or late or even lost.. if you but something don't track it with this use the apps tracker 1000% more accurate than the usps tracker.. sheer garbage. I world rate a 0 but they won't let you evidently ready to forge the numbers

I am extremely disappointed with USUP's service. My parcel has been undelivered for over two months, and I have received little to no meaningful communication or updates. This level of delay is completely unacceptable. If USUP cannot deliver the parcel, it should be returned to the sender immediately instead of being held indefinitely. At this point, I am left wondering what has happened to my package. Has it been lost, misplaced, or worse? The lack of transparency is deeply concerning.

Unable to receive notifications from Informed Delivery. It won't recognize my email and/or password.
Horrible
Cannot report mail pieces not being delivered on app anymore, use to be able to. Postal workers lose/throw away/mis-manage mail ALL the time! Have had same postal box for 11 years. Missing mail. Missing my junk mail I should be getting. Mail is being sent back to senders when it has my correct address info. Please allow us to report our mail being missing! Crummy services and app.
This app is atrocious. It's slow, doesn't accept new tracking numbers for entry, & the UI is based on 2010 Android apps. And don't get me started on Informed Delivery. I have to sign in EVERY TIME I want to check informed delivery.
it's a pointless app. it redirects me to the website to login from inside the app, when I could have went straight to the website.
Chat login made four separate accounts, and never can log in and check my mail
