রেলওয়ে কোম্পানি ইচ্ছা মতন তাদের অ্যাপ্লিকেশন বন্ধ করে দিচ্ছে। এর জন্য আমি একটা ট্রেন মিস করে ফেলেছি। যা খুশি ইচ্ছামত করছে। নতুন অ্যাপ্লিকেশন রেখেছে ঠিক আছে পুরোটা বাদ দেওয়ার মানেটা কি।

The worst app app i've ever seen! I paid the money for the ticket, but! didn't receive the ticket and the money was not refunded too. It has happened several times. And also incase if hurry, if we are not able to reach the ticket counter, we won't be able to buy ticket in this app, 06 requires us to be 10m away from the railway station, resulting in ticketless travel, which makes the rude train officers to catch us. Also they don't accept screenshot if someone has paid for us!

UTS app is very helpful for daily passengers 🚆👍, but it should also provide workable option to surrender R-Wallet or permanently close the account online. 😢 Many users like me want to manage or close their accounts easily when not in use. Please add this feature soon in the upcoming updates to make the app more user-friendly and convenient 🙏🙂
