アップデート後、ログアウトし、その後id連携がリカバリーできなかった。 サポートに問い合わせても、回答が遅い上、全く解決せず、サポート体制含めて最低の安定性を誇る支払い手段である。 使用する価値がどこにあるのか分からない。

外国人ので名前で「ー」があれば使っていないです。残念です。
Pain. If you want to link your olive account with this app as a foreigner, you need to enter your name as it was entered in カタカナ when registering your olive account but without any "ー" inserted into your name. When entering your name in the 漢字 section, enter in カタカナ but with a limit of 9 total characters. Be sure to include any middle names in the 名 section (no spaces). Then from the olive app, connect the accounts through the mode swap area by entering your name the same way without "ー" again.

モバイルVカードの認証頻度がひどい。使おうとしたら毎回電話しないといけないのを早く改善してほしい。

ポイントが消えた。Tポイントと一緒になったらほとんどのポイントが勝手になくなって、Tポイントと連携をしてもアプリにポイントが反映されない。ゴミくず。
氏名の欄に長音符（伸ばし棒）を入力できないため、引き継ぎできません
起動が遅すぎ、バーコード表示にはものすごく時間がかかる。インターネットのスピードがすごく良くてなぜこんなに遅いのかびっくりしています。
「復旧した」と何度かアナウンスされているようだが、実際に使おうとするとメンテナンス中などのエラーが起きて使えない。普通に利用できるかきちんと把握してからアナウンスしてほしい。

After removing the V Point card from Google Wallet, it cannot be added again (error c145). Support tells you to reinstall both apps, but the error persists. Apparently there is nothing else they can do. Please fix the app.

One of the worst app I have ever used, I can't link to the Olive card, and I can't even use V Point to pay even I when I have a lot of points there. I really tried to find a number from SMBC but all I had is automatic chat bot from the homepage. So well done, SMBC!!!
If there is 0 star, I will give 0 to this app. It's really sucks, I have verified my identity multiple times and did everything as the app told but kept rejected my identification... When it mentioned reasons, it just general descriptions rather telling you what's the real mistake you did... And there is no chat available to ask... Not everyone has phone call service even we can make calls, do you provide English customer support? 🙄
チャージ画面で、間違えて「BACKボタン」押すと、メイン画面に戻る。UI改善必要
Despite the instruction says it is possible to register English names, it is still not possible to register unless your name is in kanji. This is very very strange especially for a leading bank with many non Japanese customers.

linking visa to google pay doesn't work unless you do it the other way(that is, to download google pay into your phone and link v point card from there), mail activation doesn't work if you try in PC(it's never stated anywhere until you find out the hard way), any many more this is a very buggy scrapware that managed to waste my time at every possible step. BIG SHAME on the tech team of this major bank.
生体認証が必須だが私のスマホにはその機能がないため登録できない
For such simple app it use more than 4GB space. Ridiculous!
Impossible to use for foreigners as name HAS to be in Kanji. Name fields will not accept Romanji, Hiragana or Katakana. As such it is impossible to set up and us as a foreigner as you cannot progress beyond entering your name.
My Katagana name is not considered as Kanji characters, so can't signup.
なぜvpassに統合しない？ こんなのいらない
顧客の利便性なんて二の次なんでしょうね。こんな不便で使えないアプリなんて使うことなんて絶対にないのに、わざわざインストールしないといけないようにしたり、顧客のことなんて考えていません。まさに日本が衰退した理由が全て詰まったようなアプリです。

サーバーが不安定すぎる すぐアクセス過多になる
本人確認を完了→１日後確認できませんでした、を３回繰り返した。何が悪いのかが書かれておらず3回目の「確認できませんでした」を見たあとにアンインストールしました。時間だけ取られました

QRコード決済がほしいです。おサイフ携帯の機能を使いたくないです、できればですが、
カード、銀行、ポイントと連携はしているが、すべてのアプリが別れているのでどれが何を表しているかわかりずらし、使いにくい。
Well had issues during user registration, later figured it out that the name field is having some length limitations. Whicch will not show you any warning or error. Now successfully registered and getting failed and identity verification.🙄
本人確認（斜め）ができないので、クレジットカードからチャージ出来なかった。
