abusif ads + cant switch on and off the light in the cam view. you must go to seting to do that.

the camera quality is good. could use better control programing but it works. problem is back-to-back ads and you need to pay for even the most basic auto-record functions. comes with the ability to take pictures automatically if there's motion, but it doesn't auto-record without a subscription that doesn't even get rid of the ads.
Hi first day I bought the cameras it was recording till next day but now only 10 minutes guys wasn't happening now than
too much stupid annoying ads. everytime I want to open app to view movement messages in hurry, it opens ads first delaying my response time.
Don't use the camera in Mobile tracking mode. it does not stay focused on what's happening.
Edit: After update you can see ONLY ONE RECORDING on SD card (with 300+ videos), then OOPS, you have overwritten your videos "buy cloud". The card is inside it holds 3 full day not five 2 second videos hahahaha so poor developing... DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCTS OR ANYTHING THEY OFFER INCONVENIENT SOFTWARE AND PRODUCTS

Since the latest update, my camera keeps disconnecting from the SD card. It shows 'No SD card inserted' even though the card is inside. A restart fixes it temporarily, but the issue keeps returning. It honestly feels like these bugs are created on purpose to push users toward buying cloud services.
purchased camera because it advertised as a solar power camera didn't get a solar panel for it. got it to work then it quit. now can't get it to work again

Motion tracking is not working
The ads is annoying. Need to wait 10s to 20s for the ads to finish in order to access to the cctv.

a week now since the camera was installed and now it's not rotating. this is ridiculous. March 4th 2026 update! I updated the app and now this camera will not rotate at all. the side buttons don't work. this is ridiculous I don't even know If I have warranty on this anymore from the store I bought this. this is crazy.

Banyak iklan mengganggu tiap kali buka v360 pro apps ini.Playback sukar dimainkan. Detection tiap satu minit tapi tiada motion atau human. Tah apa apa cctv ni. Rasa membazir je.
The app itself is fine. The amount of advertising you have to watch to get to it is ridiculous. Surely adverts that frustrate users can't sell products.

worst app only full of ads.. What is the benefit of purchasing their product?? and if you have any emergency situation then you will have to wait for their ads to get over and then only you will be able to see your live camera video.
If we BUY your product, you shouldn't have ads all over your app.
Too many advertisements. Better avoid this one. Better use other budget CCTV, for example V380.

This is a lousy app, with so many aggressive ads. Somehow I found another app from the same developer and the app is called Hapsee Pro. It does the same thing but without ads.
