New app forcing customers to use biometric systems and upload a selfie. I refused, and immediately removed this new version. I've been a customer for over 10 years, passed all security and verification checks back then. Now getting persistent texts and emails to move to the new app. Well,No! Since opted for monthly paper statements, and if this fiasco continues, I'll be paying the bill at the post office, and if that's still not good enough, I shall close my account.

can't even get the link to set up says it sent but waited over a month and have contacted the app support but they just say the same thing. ive tried uninstalling ive re sent the link on numerous occasions. ive replied to the emails when the suggestions have come in gave the list back am I on wifi,what phone etc etc and still no access link email address is correct as I get emails when my payment due every month so it works just not this app. now I have no access to any of the account...

apps useless, keeps taking me continually through the login process asking for the same details over and over and over again. also keeps saying my passkey is wrong forcing me to reset, then says the confirmation passkey is wrong. and this is after they say they've sorted out the bugs. Bring back the old app at least that worked!!!!!

The experience I am having is really stressful, I am being charged with what I have not get. When I rang them they told me that the app was faulty I should reset it and told me that I should not worried. Since then the app still the same , it is increasing my anxiety and causing more stress. I regret signing for this credit cards. I feel being scammed.

After I phoned on 28/032026 to close the credit account, I've been told that the account will close after the last statement on 06/04/2026. Almost a month after, on my credit report the account was showing still open. Now, to have the credit improved means that Vanquis will close the account and report it as such and that, can take up to five weeks. 4 out of 5 of those weeks already past with no result. Shame!
