Punten systeem lukt nooit om te activeren (terwijl die al geactiveerd was??) en kan de meterstand niet zijn, terwijl die wel gemeten zijn door de slimme meter (en de klantenservice stuurt een nietszeggend mailtje als antwoord)

There was already the hard-to-read white text on yellow buttons, and now there are the dark blue date labels (day, week, month, year) below the graphs that are barely legible against a black background. Do you ever test your app in dark mode?

Software engineering-wise, it's a poorly built mess. 4. Despite the electricity flows, this company's service is a mess as well. Nothing is clear yet everything is expensive.

verhuizing doorgeven is niet genoeg. je moet ook je oude adres afmelden anders blijven de doodleuk je geld afpakken in ruil voor niks
Termijnbedrag advies werkt niet meer sinds eind december.

I am a customer for 4 years with Vattenfall and saddly i only opened the app 2 times. When i installed 4 years ago and found out there is no Engliah option. Now, i opened again (as my contract will soon end) and found out there is still no English option. Once my contract ends, i might switch to another provider which offers their app in English. Edit 2: i went through plenty reviews and more than 60% of the latest ones complain about not having an English version. This is a good analysis
How can it be possible that it's 2024, in Nethelands and there is no English translation? Come on guys translating an app that is well developed like yours is fairly easy.. I'm not sure if its a management decision or what, but I don't understand how with so many non-dutch customers, that I'm sure you have, you still don't have an English version. Just do a survey, pretty sure this is an awaited change by so many.. you don't even need to translate everything, use ING app as an example.
The app definitely needs an english version.It is inappropriate to not have an english version regardless of being a Dutch company or not.You are dealing with many customers and you are not a family owned business.The response to the english version complaints is also not always appropriate business wise.It would be benefiacial for you and many of your customers to check this in a serious way. Thanks
The worst experience ever with the mobile app. There are always issues with the app and now for the past weeks I cannot even login anymore, the screen just goes blank
I don't speak Dutch because I moved here 1 and a half years ago. They would gladly take my money but will refuse to make an English option. Everything is in Dutch, so the app is completely useless for me. Even in very conservative countries in Eastern Europe you have the English option. Netherlands has much more foreigners. I understand that the company is Dutch but your customers are not 100% Dutch and they give their money to you. Please cater to your customers that pay you ( all of them).
Sinds een paar weken blijft de app hangen wanneer ik naar de Verbruik pagina ga. Ik blijf eindeloos zandloper zien, maar scherm blijft verder leeg. Cache geheugen van app al eens gewist. Bij opnieuw starten van app moet je je weer aanmelden. De verbruik pagina doet het dan één keer. Ook na verwijderen en herinstallatie van app werkt de verbruik pagina één keer. Volgende keren blijft scherm wit. Bij handmatig invoeren van de warmtemeterstand kan de datum niet meer aangepast worden...
Sinds de recente update toont de app bij het opstarten een 3-seconden video met "fossielvrij leven binnen een generatie", maar daarna moet het nog laden. Dit maakt de ervaring frustrerend en ondermijnt de boodschap. Waarom niet laden tijdens de video? Een gemiste kans!

Het was best een leuke app, maar waarom in hemelsnaam ben ik ineens verplicht om een 5 cijferige code aan te maken? Dat wil ik helemaal niet. Ik heb liever een veilig wachtwoord dan een 5 cijferige code..... Geef me de keuze. Ik snap de werking, maar die 5 cijferige codes zijn bloedirritant 😜
Android Friday 19th of October 2023, Impossible to sign into the Android Vattenfall Energy App. I have tried everything without success. I will call Vattenfall Customer Services. I've given Vattenfall feedback in the signing in to the app. I have pointed out three failures.
Many times the app does not work. Price per kw is not shown. No english option.
Since the last update, I have to login every single time!
No english option. I have been trying to login for an hour, it keeps saying my password is wrong or i am not a client. Changed passwords 5 times with no result. Tried then to register but of course it says i can t cos i am already registered. Awful app!
App always has server issues and its only possible to login about 1/100 times. Then you have to google the login page for the website because its impossible to find if you just go to the main page. And when updating the amount ive used it always gives an error
Als je je Duurzaam profiel wil invullen, crasht de app.
It's simply ridiculous that there is no option to switch to English, for an app that is used by thousands of non-Dutch speakers. Reply to the arrogant developer: Oh, we are in the Netherlands, really? It's so good that you clarified it.... Don't being lazy and develop the app to be in English too, like every other app in the country you tw@t.
App does not show most recent power use. I installed this app to see the effect of my solar panels on energy usage. However the app just says "waiting on most recent data" (installed on multiple devices). When logging into the Vattenfall website all my hourly data and graphs are there. Makes the app useless.
App mail function does not work. Waiting an hour for mail to log in is user unfriendly. It should be max 5 minutes. There is no way to make a phone call either. Their bot does not understand the question and has bad suggestions.
Werkt niet in android simulator en is voor een windows laptop/ PC niet ontwikkeld! Alsof iedereen met de smartphone werkt!
Very buggy can't sign in. Same password I use on PC and then I can log in but on the app it wouldnt work.
Jezus wat een bagger. Moet inloggen. Kom domweg niet binnen. Betalen aan dit bedrijf doe ik al jaren. Dat wel. Maak als de sodemieter een fatsoenlijke app en rap een beetje. Dit had gisteren al in orde moeten zijn.
Traag en vervelend in gebruik. Soms moet je zelfs opnieuw inloggen, zoals met afgelopen update weer! Lijkt alleen maar vervelender te worden...!!
Als je al kunt inloggen, komt het met regelmaat voor dat meterstanden niet worden geladen. Tevens is het gebruiksgemak dramatisch slecht wanneer je specifieke dagen/data wil inzien.

App start.., ik log in.., jullie sturen een link om er zeker van te zijn dat ik het ben naar mijn mail.., ik open link.., link niet geldig... geprobeerd op mijn pc's, mijn foon en op mijn tablets via verschillende wifi en bekabelde internet.. app zuigt ballen.., stuur mij gewoon een sms.. of willen jullie mijn meterstanden niet niet hebben.. aaaaah tuurlijk niet.., kunnen jullie mij verder uitzuigen met die fake energieprijzen.. *spit**
It doesn't work as it should be. City heating info not available. Energy report doesn't seem to work as well. Login doesn't work. The app is not possible to open most of the time. These issues are being reported early this year. I don't recommend this app. 29.06.2022: the app remains unfucntional. 28.12.2022: not possible to login. Error message: "not available contract for provided details". Funny when I use same login info on website I'm able to login. Terrible app.
Login doesn't work after last update.
De app doet gewoon niks. Na inloggen blijft de app laden maar komt er bijna niks voor. Na de app wel 5 - 6 keer opnieuw geopend te hebben en de cache meerdere keren verwijder te hebben, laadde eindelijk het overzicht, maar daar kan ik niks mee. Mijn verbruik laad helemaal niet. En waarom wordt hier wel gevraagd om een code/vingerafdruk om dingen te regelen maar op de website niet? Leuke beveiliging.
Heb na meerdere keren proberen nog nooit succesvol kunnen inloggen. Ik kan klikken wat ik wil maar na invoeren gebruikersgegevens wilt de app niet verder. Ook een email laten toesturen vanuit de app werkt niet.. De mail komt nooit aan.
Bizar trage app en crasht vaak. Ik gebruik regelmatig de Vattenfall website, maar de app zal ik voorlopig overslaan. Edit: wat een generieke onzin reactie van de app ontwikkelaar. Een beetje doen alsof je de reviews en feedback van de gebruikers daadwerkelijk serieus neemt. Lekker gewerkt Joeri, je hebt weer je 40 uur volgemaakt voor deze week!

Doet het vaker niet dan wel
Al een ruime tijd is mijn verbruik niet op to date!!! Ze beloven de hele tijd het te maken maar er gebeurd niks. Is net alsof ze niet willen dat je bespaard en lekker veel gebruikt en veel kosten maakt... Is al 3 maand zo.... Bij Essent heb je dit probleem niet daar kan je tot een uur nauwkeurig kijken wat verbruik is

Which are not accepted, same raw JSON message. But then, after going back and clicking login the third time, it actually logged me in. Really poor login experience. I'll be using the website instead, much easier. I'll retry in a little while, see if it gets fixed.
I gave a try to this app twice. Ended up deleting it every time. It doesn't show me my consumption of energy day by day or month by month. Plus the fact that the content is not available in English isn't adding any value to me.
