I've forgotten my password and then I try the option which is suppossed to help with it, it doesn't send me an email for a security code.In fact there is no email...please someone help me so I can access my data again.

the ads appearing on the screen when vault is opened are unwanted.
This is a very poor app. I had a lot of important data in it, and now when I enter my password it shows “wrong password.” I’ve tried many times, but the app won’t open. When I try the “forgot password” option, I don’t receive any security code on the Gmail account that I linked with this app, so I can’t reset the password either. Kindly, someone from the app team please guide me-my important data is in it. 🙏
