Paid for premium membership, but am still being annoyed by ads. Have sent several emails to the helpdesk, but have received no reply, and the problem still continues.
Takes forever just to vault anything now. it used to do it almost instantaneously. And no, it doesn't matter the size of the file... it's all crazy slow now. Edit: while I appreciate you updating the app, it still takes at least 10 seconds for pictures to be vaulted, even just 1. So the issue still persists.

I have been using this app for 1 or 1.5 years now,suddenly all of my pictures were gone . i deleted and reinstalled my app , them I saw my pics and videos are recovering but each of the pictures are doubling ; ( all the pictures and videos are saved with multiple copies) . i deleted and reinstalled again , but same thing is happening. I am forced to delete this app. pls fix this issue ; otherwise I will never use this app again

the vault is not working just open app don't enter password and close the open app again it's not asking password

not locking.....i dont know if its the ads or its the update but it doesnt lock anymore after inactivity and a search bar would be nice within the app.
Dear Vaulty Support Team, I was using the Vaulty app on my Nothing Phone 2a, where I had stored a large number of important photos and videos. Recently, the Vaulty folder became empty, and all my files disappeared. I did not intentionally delete these files from the app, and I am unable to find them anywhere on my device. These photos and videos are extremely important to me.
Cannot import old media from SD card because now, you no longer have the ability to point the app to a directory. So I am forced to decrypt my files on my old phone (thankfully it has the old version), and I had to find another app that does what I need it to do. Sadly, I paid for this app and have been for a very long time. Disappointing. Don't bother...there are free apps that do more now.
FROD APP🚫🚫🚫. Be Alert. plz plz don't download this and dnt save your data in this. I saved my personal data in this app. but after some months it was not found there. totally frod app. support team is fake. they don't help you. remember owner of the app ! God is watching your frod and will punish you for your bad deeds.
unable to download the app
I've used this app for several years every time I've needed to it's backed up every photo I put in it. got a new phone logged in put in my password and everything pin code what not we don't do that anymore. very pissed off.
so I am trying toove pics from my samsung gallery on my A57 5g to vaulty and it gives an error saying unable toove to vaulty we will look into this and this is going on since god knows how long and everytime I have given feedback back it refuses to work can you please fix this issue once and for all
after 5 years login, my all photos deleted 😥
this app is the worst I store my photos in this app an lost everything just because I restarted my phone all pictures and video were deleted automatically
every thing security is not working in free version no password lock and no hide app as a calculator , all features in this update need money
It deletes a whole album of photos and videos mid-transfer and doesn't appear in your app tray. AVOID.
They need to either reduce ads or reduce the subscription price. I've been using this app for years but I'm about to bail and find a new one.
