It deletes a whole album of photos and videos mid-transfer and doesn't appear in your app tray. AVOID.
Its been my go to for years however a recent update caused the improt from gallery feature to go from a dark mode backhrouns to light which is annoying enough for me to give it a low review. Edit: Turns out they also removed the ability to select all the pictures in a gallery to import and replaced it with a delete button. Congrats Another awful update. Also i tried emailing your help email. it doesnt exist, good job.
They need to either reduce ads or reduce the subscription price. I've been using this app for years but I'm about to bail and find a new one.

crashes every time I start entering password, noticed that play store has to be enabled for app to work, I always disable play store until I need it, why do you require it to be enabled
think your stuff is secure? think again. try this simple experiment - 1. uninstall the app. 2. install the app. 3. set a passcode on the new installation. 4. watch as the new install repopulates all the images and videos you had before the uninstall, even those you don't have anywhere else on your device. now imagine that someone has accessed your phone and found vaulty installed. what, exactly, would prevent them from following these simple steps to find everything you thought was secure?

unable to locate my account it didn't download my photos to my new phone
Since the upgrade, it no longer remembers your sizes for folder thumbnails. Defaults to large every time you go in. Been working fine for years until now. Actually it's worse than that, every time you go into a folder and then come out, it reverts to large icons

Very disappointed. I’ve been using Vaulty for 5-6 years and it used to work perfectly, especially Google Drive sync. After recent updates, sync is completely broken. New data is not uploading at all, only old data deletion reflects in storage. Sync setup is confusing with useless questions and no proper option to proceed. Even after purchasing Google Drive storage, backup is not working. This issue already happened before and lasted months. Please fix this urgently instead of adding unnecry chng
Sometimes after pausing a video and the phone goes sleep, then unlocking the phone, the video is still on. The app should immediately closed, whenever the phone enters sleeping mode. The player that I am using is MX Player Pro.
Excessive amount of and exceptionally instrusive ads which you can't close or have to watch for a very long time. Premium price is a robbery. It's a shame because the interface and options are excellent, maybe the best I found.
There is no reason for these vault apps to charge regular subscriptions! It's a simple offline app like anything else! Over £2 a week? For what?? These apps just rename and move your image files! It literally doesn't cost the devs anything for you to use their service! Total scam. I'd rather forego privacy than pay a regular sub for a simple app I could easily make mysel for free. Ugh, I hate mobile app econony. Everyone just takes what they can get away with, and users have to accept it.
