No option to cancel subscription seems rather scam like
They canceled my subscription and raised the price from $4.95 to $49.95. I'm not sure why they did it but I can't find the 4.95 price anywhere. They never sent me a letter that they were canceling me. I'm not sure what happened but I think they're just a bunch of upsellers.

Had an active annual premium subscription paid for the next year. The app logged me off so I logged in then I noticed that the app down graded my premium subscription back to a free subscription even though I had an active premium subscription that was paid in advance for the full year. I called VectorVest Customer Service and was told basically sorry nothing they can do since you went through the playstore and its a third party. Horrible company and app.
Stupid
Have not used the mobile app for some time. Looked at it in Playstore. No price shown. Said free trial. Installed and attempted to use it. Pretty well every feature locked. Paid subscription. Attempt to use. Everything still locked. Contacted support. Told to use menu bottom right to change USA to Canada. EVERYTHING IS LOCKED! No further response from support. Received refund.
costumer service was really bed I didn't purchase anything before trail and I cancelled my subscription before date but they still charged my card without any reason what a shame for a company like them disgusting

What I will say is when it says to sell it is probably the time to buy it because the stock is low if you traded stocks for a while you will know that. I wonder if it's just their way of making money on the stock.
I downloaded the app and signed up, but it doesn't appear on my phone. If I go to download again, it goes straight to the'Open' button. So it's there but not showing amongst my Apps. I can also find it if I do a search.
Couldn't get past the password - where's the PreCheck window for goodness sake!

Immediately asks for money before even proven if it works. Not only that. The main stock I trade it was 100% completely wrong on. Said to sell a 15 dollar stock that jumped up a dollar. N you want me to pay for this?
2nd time I've purchased the app, and 2nd time I've cancelled. Simply put it is way too much money for what you receive, at any 'purchase option.' To add on their customer service is pretty basic with few solutions, just apologies.
Just know when you ready to unsubcred it's almost impossible to do so. These guys are worst than a leach!
I have submitted payment over and over, and it says success, yet I'm still locked out of the premium services.

I just subscribed. It won't let me get the expert analysis on any more stocks. Says I used my free one and I gotta wait 13 hours.... Fix it or refund me!
If i could give you no stars I woul! I put in money in the account and now I can't do anything, it's been long over 24 hours and it keeps freezing at the broker step, this app is not worth the headache or the loss of money
Really to see the market indicator I have to pay too? This is absolutely ridiculous..
No way to cancel. Support is rude and awful. Don't waste your time. Subscription is not showing up in play store. They just want to take your money.
Sadly the app version doesn't work properly. Have contacted VV who are aware of this but the problem hasn't been fixed yet. Very disappointing and frustrating as the subscription is not cheap.
Does not work. I have a subscription, so I downloaded the app. The app doesn't even open up. It freezes on the initial VectorVest blue screen and that's it.
Nice the first day when it's free... After that nothing works and not worth the money. You can find all that data free other places. Just not worth it or the spam video alerts.

Through vector vest customer service, they cannot issue refunds because of the outage they had with their servers. They mentioned that they cannot issue refunds to be processed through the play store. I file a month refund through play, store and see what t happens.
The app never works when you need it to. I always get the error "unknown error and can't log in" and even when it is working it will always suggest stocks that are overextended and they will ultimately go down and you will lose money do not waste money on this app just do your own analysis, read 10qs and 10ks, follow earnings and use basic indicators like Ema and rsi ive done that and made way more than any of their silly penny stocks they pump. Plus they do deals for 1 dollar so don't pay 9.99
App was working great until a couple of days ago now I can't get access into my account. If anyone can help Please let me know what I should do.
Well I can't really give this app a true rating, because I literally cannot get beyond the create an account screen. So that's made it about 100% useless...
Awful. This app gives bad advice no good timing.... it will literally make you lose money. There's absolutely nothing beneficial about this app. Do not use the advice it offers. Let alone pay for it. Im a newer investor this app preys on people who are new.
If you can't backdate your stock buys in the portfolio tool, it's a useless tool to track a current portfolio.

I can't understand why portrait mode is not an option on a Sam's tablet.
