rubbish company
I prepaid via the app but the driver told me I had to pay using my card when I rang them they told me my original payment wouldn't go through but both payments have come out, he lied and I have paid twice for the same journey when I complained again I was told I was asked to pay with my card because the original payment was via an illegal app that I do not own they refuse to rectify the situation just pass the buck appalling customer service if any at all I can't trust them to use them anymore.

completely scam the price you agree to is not what they charge. I was in a taxi the predicted price was 8.60 when we pulled up.The price jumped from 5.50 to 8.60 and they still have the cheap to charge me an extra 50 later that day. I will never use this company again and I'd advise anyone else to avoid them.

drivers in Luton are all old Asian men that dont want to accept rides. and when they do they waste time at their own homes before coming to pick you up. would rather just pay for Uber. at least they're reliable
Very simple to use, but otherwise close to useless. I booked a taxi to pick my daughter and I up from Heathrow after a long flight from Melbourne, but there was no sign of it on arrival, and no communication from the driver. I called Veezu, and it hadn't even been dispatched! It arrived nearly two hours later. Although I gave a pickup time, they said a flight number was missing, but at no point did the app booking request it.
i orderd a taxi to get back home with my partner and mother in law and they ended up cancelling without a reason . want to file a complaint as it not good enough
horrible I accidentally left my house keys in the taxi I called them and explained and I got told 10-12 minutes and I get sent 4 different links to 4 taxis (all men and I'm a woman) I'm standing in the freezing cold plus rain for nearly 2 hours and then he finally came refused to give me my keys and called his manager and she told him that he has to give me my keys and he thought he could try wait outside my house for me to pay I refused to pay because I was waiting for 2 hours for keys DONT USE

Veezu just had a huge price rise with no warning. Higher fare after 3pm! Total rip off.
The app is definitely user friendly and it is relatively cheap to get a taxi, but most of the drivers are not (I don't mean in the car though). I've had 3 drivers cancel picking me up just cus I'm 8-18 mins away from them which in turns makes me late to work when I need to be there I've had one week where not one tended to cancel on me, but even when I book the previous day, it still happens. Not sure if it's just where I live, but it's pretty annoying.
Times are completely inaccurate
Booked a taxi at 1:30pm for 6:15pm, the app ONLY started looking for a driver at 6:05pm. A driver accepted it at 6:10pm but did not move from his position for 15 minutes. It was then cancelled by the driver at 6:25pm, way past the booking time. What a joke.

I would never use this company again, they have no respect for the customers, most drivers can't speak English & very rude,unfortunately I have gave 1 star & even that is too much, unfortunately you have to put one to review but not even worth that.
6 attempts to get taxi. Always timed out. Over 1 hour waited. Called another Taxi firm which arrived promptly and took us home. Veezu have now charged me for Trip that never happened. Really poor service
Pre booking a car does nothing, it searches for a car at the booking time and someone may show up, if and when they accept the job. If nobody accepts the job, calling up is no help, they just tell you to hold on until it matches you. Managed to eventually fix the issue, I just used the Uber app...
charge for journeys that don't happen and whilst I understand the cost of fuel impacts charges, they seem to be going up almost daily

Con Arses!! Lead you to believe you're going to be paying one thing when in fact at the end they charge you more! That's disgusting!!

On the app is showing 1 or 2 min but you have to wait 15 min to get to you..not reliable
Scam. Takes duplicate payments from your card - company won't refund. Charges not transparent.
This app does what it needs to, but the constant push notifications suck. "Busy day ahead? Book a ride!" I'll book a ride when I need one. That how this works. And you can turn off the promo notifs without the Important ones. I uninstall the app after each use now. Support is AI too.
