booked in advance 1 hour before trip. there was no driver at my chosen time, but the app did not inform me that there will be no drivers. it only showed that the driver will pick me up on time. app started looking for partner drivers, and this continued for a while- until I canceled my booking. I see no reaaon for more than 1 star as the whole system fails to provide any useful information about the situation when there are no drivers

Drivers quickly pick up the ride to never move from they currently are.
asks for my phone number and location, then just says "registration failed". the end. I guess I'll get an Uber
half an hour wait for taxis booked the night before. but don't worry, they'll call you 3x to tell you various lies about having no taxis whilst you see them drive past every 5 minutes!
Garbage. Don't rely on this if you actually want to hire a cab. Booked the night before, the app then starts searching for an 'availailable' car 10 minutes before you need it. And then can't find one, surprise.
My train was 2 minutes late, car didn't wait. They told me they couldn't find me!!! have deleted the app will never use again. Very rude person on the phone.
cars can take you job then just drop it. once there ETA is 5 mineys or less. the app should regulate the drivers. if you dont wont the job or to far away then STOPtaking the job and incovonce customers. this is happening more and more in my area.
late and argumentative
was in a rush so I paid the 3 pounds, waited an hour and then the driver didn't bother showing up. just use uber.
ridiculous prices
booked a taxi he pulled up i signal to 1 min as i go grab my bag from inside, he pulls off, i book another taxi didnt show up, both times i only had a eta had no idea of what car, model, reg more importantly who (no name).
I have used this app a few times and honestly the drivers who work for them are very nosy and want to interfere with your personal life. the last time I used this a driver was interrogating me with questions about my personal life. also tried to over charge me once for no reason at all. anyway you really should mind your own business and get a life wanting to know other people's business. what you get up to is your business. I'll never use these again not after last time.
absolutely useless! when you book a taxi for a certain time, the time you book it is when the app starts looking for a car, it doesn't actually get you a car when you want to. completely useless.
We pre-booked with Veezu to be collected from our local Airport, but were left waiting without an assigned car beyond the pickup time. Veezu support was unhelpful and claimed to be expediting the car assignment, but nothing updated in the app. My pregnant wife was left waiting in the cold.
The worst taxi company ever! Struggle to get a car, and when you finally do, they cancel, because they get a better offer or you just get ignored. Drivers can't seem to follow satnav. Absolutely Shambles!
Warning: Pre-booking in advance using the App does not guarantee pickup!! Pre-Booked a taxi to the train station 24 hours in advance. At pickup time no driver arrived and app just kept searching for available drivers. What is the use of an app that does not correctly implement pre-bookings?!? Customer support was non-existent and I was told that “Veezu can hold no responsibility for this. Our terms and conditions of service are linked in all booking confirmations and available on the app.”

The app works fine but the actual service is very bad. Their time estimates are atrocious, routinely off by at least 10 minutes if not more. There's also a lack of quality control of drivers compared to Uber and as someone with sensory issues this makes travel quite distressing due to poor hygiene in cars etc. I'm going back to Uber.
they purposely make you wait so you pay the faster charge. then left on search for at least another 15min. I'd rather just pay extra for Uber as veezu let me down to often

Unfortunately, convenient though it is, i've been charged £16, £17.90 and then £21.90 for exactly the same journeys at exactly the same time - it just seems like now i've used a bit they are jacking up the prices - £5 more expensive than 2 days ago. Rip Off Britain strikes again.
Drivers make you wait for 15 minutes. Then cancel before they arrive. Need an hour to all in all to have a car come. Zero responsibility from company. Useless if you you want to get anywhere on time.
terrible tracking. always says the driver is a minuet away. but its more like 10. never accurate with tracking or times
Service is not as good as when it was ABC taxis. Search for available drivers is now left quite late and routinely a much longer wait for drivers to be assigned - 10-15 minutes is not unusual and you should factor this into your booking time.
