this app is not a good app to work for
app freezes almost every other stop and I have reopen the app. a few stops completed but kept showing on my remaining stop list.
Companies like this just can't seem to get simple done right. You either have the work or you don't. No work here.

Crashes 20 times a day at least. Can't close my route out because the app later says I didn't complete some of my deliveries despite the app earlier said delivery successful. Can't return after hours because customer service can't seem to give a lock code that works. If you do get a correct lock code to access thar after hours pod for returns the scan code for the after hours return pod doesn't work. this happens on 2 phones. I hope this update fix these issues.
the app tells people to login at 9:00 p.m. their time to get routes but what they don't tell you is that there's a lot of bots that run the app and all the routes disappear after 10 seconds after 9:00 p.m. then they say routes are put on the app periodically through the day and to check it throughout the day so which one is it? all routes will be loaded at 9:00 p.m. your time or periodically throughout the day makes no sense.
I dont like how I can't talk to a real person when I need support
Off to a shite start already. ZERO customer support for drivers. It's chat or email. Phone number hangs up or says that it's chat or email only for drivers Email says to login after I've gone through all the onboarding including adding my bank. And I have reset the damn password to this app 4 times already just to be told 'UNABLE TO SIGN IN' every time. So I guess I've wasted all afternoon and damn near 6 months on the wait list for nothing 🤬
constant crashes and glitches. have to restart phone because app is frozen. doea not allow you to mark if dogs are present.

App is absolutely horrible. Nothing work crashes all the time, almost makes the job unable to do fix.The app of this business will never work
no working
This app keeps crashing and restarting my camera. I've done EVERYTHING possible as far as technical to get it to work right! this app sucks and sucks even more for not having instant available driver support! VERY unprofessional! SMH
I am very disappointed with Veho’s offers. Since day one, routes have too many packages for low pay. I waited, hoping this would be fixed, but nothing changed. With gas, mileage, traffic, parking, apartments, stairs, and time, the pay is unfair. It feels like drivers are being used for very low compensation. Please escalate this and review driver pay seriously.
Like all driver apps it sucks. Just get a real job and do this on the side .
I literally just got accepted in today. But after reading these reviews from the last month or so I definitely don't think I want this app on my phone seems like everyone saying they pay under minimum wage $2 a stop and one guy said they wanted to pay on $100 for 7 hours of work and like 50 stops. but but a lot of people say that the time estimate is off and you always work more hours or drive more miles than the app tells you. I don't know how The government doesn't stop these companies #GREED!

Back to one star. App claims there's only a few routes in the worst area as far from home as possible and when i get to the warehouse I see over a hundred routes just sitting. I don't like that they don't show routes until they absolutely need people to take the routes. Be transparent too. definitely contracted with other companies already. be prepared for the worst of the worst routes.
terrible app impossible to get an order. Just glitches
This sounds like an excellent Rideshare service! With the cost of gasoline right now, I don't know of anyone who can afford a subscription so that they can work. I would have given anything to be able to try this out. Your service is not in Las Vegas. And even though I have opted out of your telemarketing text messages multiple times, you continue blowing up my phone asking me to try a subscription so that I can do this Rideshare service for people who don't live in my city.
Seems to take several days for bank account to get approved to get paid. still waiting. 1st route got sent to the middle of nowhere with no gps but its my fault I cant make the delivery. cant access a complex? your fault.

This could be a good thing if they didn't change the route on you without telling you. 1st day working with them and they switch up the route. More stops less money. Naw I'll stick with Uber. At least you know how to plan your day.
too many glitches. no map
I had an extremely negative experience with Veho. In the warehouse there is a window the size of a door with an “exit” sign, and because of that negligence my car ended up half hanging over a drop, I had to pay $300 for a tow truck. The support agent only cared about whether I would continue the route. The system freezes constantly, support barely responds, and I ended up working almost 9 hours on a 5‑hour block. They didn't pay me what we agreed on. Veho is the worst; I don't recommend them.
super garbage not legit they do not give fair rates they rip you off they want you to do do physical work use your car and they want you to drive which is own job itself they try to give you $96 an hour for 4 hours i have 48 mpg and that is a rip off to even my car
The app advised to arrive 10 minutes before check in. I did. My start time was 9:30. I sat there for over 30 minutes in a line of cars. The app prompted that I will show my ID to someone but there was no one. The only reason I knew to go by the cars is because I saw a lot of people with vest. They started going into the warehouse. Once the entire line was gone I went into the warehouse. There was no one to talk to but people packing their cars. The app said to show someone my ID. No one came.

THE APP IS THE PROBLEM AND THEY DON'T WANT TO FIX IT!!!!! I have only done 3 routes total. I started last month. My first route was in a place with poor cell service and the app was refreshed multiple times. This causes the app to put previously delivered packages BACK ON THE ROUTE. I ended up GOING BACK to the houses to re-scan the packages. My next two routes had similar issues. I even completed my third route and it still shows I had 2 undelivered packages THE NEXT DAY.
Keep receiving notifications that routes are available, when clicked no routes are there. wasted my time signing up and giving my info
Approved but Unable to Work - Ongoing Login Failure and No Resolution I was approved to drive with Veho over 6 weeks ago, but I have never been able to access the app to take a single route. Screw them!
I am trying to submit my documents to veho but I cannot. I have been trying to do this for the past 1 month
the app only opens once every 24 hours after closing the app. trying to open after the first time it tell my I'm on the waiting list . I've been qualified to drive for months now. glitch after glitch I've only seen list of jobs/offers once in over 90 days
customer service on the driver side doesn't read your messages and close it out without helping. multiple times I've delivered and submitted proof that I have delivered packages and they at the end of the route tell me the package has not been delivered and I need to go all the way back to the beginning. I was made by customer service to go all the way back to a house in the beginning of the route and harass the people who already received their package customer

Hasn't been a decent offer since I've joined the app. Less than $20 per hour plus way too many miles per route.
