Back to one star. App claims there's only a few routes in the worst area as far from home as possible and when i get to the warehouse I see over a hundred routes just sitting. I don't like that they don't show routes until they absolutely need people to take the routes. Be transparent too.
The app advised to arrive 10 minutes before check in. I did. My start time was 9:30. I sat there for over 30 minutes in a line of cars. The app prompted that I will show my ID to someone but there was no one. The only reason I knew to go by the cars is because I saw a lot of people with vest. They started going into the warehouse. Once the entire line was gone I went into the warehouse. There was no one to talk to but people packing their cars. The app said to show someone my ID. No one came.

THE APP IS THE PROBLEM AND THEY DON'T WANT TO FIX IT!!!!! I have only done 3 routes total. I started last month. My first route was in a place with poor cell service and the app was refreshed multiple times. This causes the app to put previously delivered packages BACK ON THE ROUTE. I ended up GOING BACK to the houses to re-scan the packages. My next two routes had similar issues. I even completed my third route and it still shows I had 2 undelivered packages THE NEXT DAY.
Keep receiving notifications that routes are available, when clicked no routes are there. wasted my time signing up and giving my info

I am trying to submit my documents to veho but I cannot. I have been trying to do this for the past 1 month
the app only opens once every 24 hours after closing the app. trying to open after the first time it tell my I'm on the waiting list . I've been qualified to drive for months now. glitch after glitch I've only seen list of jobs/offers once in over 90 days
customer service on the driver side doesn't read your messages and close it out without helping. multiple times I've delivered and submitted proof that I have delivered packages and they at the end of the route tell me the package has not been delivered and I need to go all the way back to the beginning. I was made by customer service to go all the way back to a house in the beginning of the route and harass the people who already received their package customer

Hasn't been a decent offer since I've joined the app. Less than $20 per hour plus way too many miles per route.

Worst company ever. second day in a row. where i book a route that had 51 stops for $125.39. when I accepted the route they added 21 more stops. FOR THE SAME PRICE!
Worst Experience Imaginable. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this app as you possibly can. The pay is nowhere near as much as you could get just doordashing, or doing Amazon flex. And if you're insistent, don't EVER do heavy routes hours away from your depo. No matter what they're offering. App is laden with issues, the support are all bots and message ONLY, the wear and tear, mileage, and fuel expenses rack up beyond imagination. YOU'RE DONATING YOUR TIME. NEVER AGAIN.
baaaaaaad , customer service is non existent. Good luck trying to take an order. they're gone in less than 2 minutes. NO TIP app. don't return !!! they won't pay you, and they'll take off points until deactivated. Just leave it , anywhere

terrible pay and no accountability from company, drivers gets punished for everything. wrong drop point ? your fault no numbered address on package only street name ? your fault veho support doesn't respond to you until the next day and you were unable to finish or pick up your route? your fault this company makes door dash look top tier and that app sucks extremely bad. trust me when I tell you this. its not worth your mental health or wear in your car. they play bidding wars with routes.
used to work fine till they updated it and now it runs like junk
installed the app and applied for an account months ago. Finally get approved and get hit with, app no longer supported for your device, message. Time, effort, and anticipation wasted.
Hello, I'm writing this to the developers. Your app sucks and needs a lot of improvements and fixes.
started off as a 4 with minor glitches you can pilot around. now, smh you won't know what's next I'm telling you. I'm so disappointed. this was my best hustle for half a year lol. fun while it lasted. every app has a peak season and once that passes they shake people off with game after unexplicable game! now I can't cash out soon after my route now the routes don't close out without support approval. you name it. it regressed by design. good luck. get it while you can

I've been getting alerts via text to log on for routes but I've yet to be able to log into the app. I get an error every time and when I attempt to switch passwords I never received the emailed link promised
I'm not going to play these games. Veho continually asks me for my personal information, but I never get access to the app and or have not completed a single delivery. Now, I'm being asked to update my already updated car insurance. I'm suspicious of Veho. I don't believe that they are legitimate.
Terrible experience here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Some of the females at the warehouse are very rude. In my observation the warehouse employees couldn't handle a high stress environment. They were always short-handed. On my first day they told me that they don't like 1 stars. Now I'm seeing what that means. coincidentally after giving an honest review of 1 star because of how I was treated that morning, my account was somehow suspended. They don't respond to tickets so I'm good trying another app.
You have to stop letting shifts drop $30 the moment a driver accepts it. You're going to end up causing an investigation to happen. You have to stop this.
No one got back to me on why I had to resubmit my info after getting everything approved once. Received updates on available routes but once checked, nothing.

every comment on this app is all truth,the app is a mess I don't wish my enemies to work with this company
app is barely usable, constantly crashes, takes forever to update deliveries. nothing slows me down then the app's poor performance, constantly slows down, does not upload your photos, kicks you out of the route after every delivery, It basically lacks basic functionality. super buggy, support also takes forever to respond and once you do get a response takes forever for your problem to resolve. Veho will also suspend you first and ask questions later.
The app works fine when it wants too, but the jobs listed are extremely low pay. Driving for 6 hours to only make $60 for 80 package deliveries is just not adding up. The warehouses are so far away, it's not even worth the time or drive. If you want to go from broke to broke, this is a perfect app to use.
App glitches every 2 to 3 stops. Today it started flashing pictures around 5 per second and wouldn't stop until I force closed the app, now it's stuck on the support screen and won't exit out even when I force close the app and reopen it. Awful.

app sucks and is broken Again. it eliminated my all my routes for next week, no explanation. I just wake up this morning and have nothing, even though I went to be with M,T,W,And Th.. scheduled for me.... BS
This app takes you out and says it is not you.
app keeps closing my delivery route out. I have to keep going back in to the route to continue delivering packages. also if there is an issue to report it doesn't allow you to pick return to Warehouse. do you have to contact customer service and wait a million hours just to get a response
Deliverd in the los angeles area. support is delayed and takes long to respond. the app on android needs to be updated. the support team needs to be evaluated for possible fraud as they claim packages as stolen even if returned to warehouse.
worst app to use. no live support. text support is only one way. spent hours trying to return package that I could not deliver. SAD!
Do NOT drive for them! had issues loading my route in my car took customer service over an hr to get me going. then I had over 70 stops and was out almost 12 hrs. my car broke down & I could not return undeliverable packages. I never got paid the $192 quoted to me. customer service was hard to reach as I ran into issues on my route. guess they got their free labor out of me. sending complaints to BBB. most horrible delivery service I have ever drove for in the 30 yrs I been doing this!!!

Get back to the older version then I'd be all in
don't forget to add the 2 hours you will spend in line waiting to load up, then another 30 minutes loading up to your expecting hours it will take to complete. Chinese company so I don't have to tell you if theyre paying fair, them being Chinese is enough said. but, like most of us are desperate and competing against illegals, we just gotta do what we have to do.
GPS and veho location 2 different areas. Its time consuming for a driver getting to location when its incorrect.
The app is very slow, heavy, constantly crashing and closing, and always having problems. They should remove the photo of the house number because, in addition to delaying the driver, the fact that the app is always having problems makes it seem even heavier.
I have been unable to take orders for several days. Every time I try to accept a route, the app shows that the order is no longer available. This keeps happening repeatedly. It makes it impossible for me to work. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
