They are new to Denver and they do not allow reservations, but our city decided that they are the only operator worthy of their money, so it is unfortunate we are now stuck with a company who does not offer reservations. There's nothing more disappointing than walking four blocks just to find someone walking up to take the same scooter you were going for. also, I've already noticed they only leave scooters downtown but nowhere over on the east side of Denver.
imagine scanning your ID everyday to drive a car and snapping a photo of your car every time to park. cracked, soggy seats, rear fender is useless against backsplash. my bum n back are wetter than Bonnie 🔵's after a spin with veo. and I've ridden 1000's of em! 💦 can proper maintenance be included in the bike share ecosystem? we're left with broken bells, wobbly or flat tires and broken cranks. barely functioning bikes seem like a blessing as I play musical chairs finding a working bicycle.
Santa Monica is why we can't have decent scooters like lime and the others and were forced to use this garbage company. The reviews that are on here are completely fake profiles. They haven't had a actual good review from a customer in over 5 years.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP YOU MAY GET STRANDED! I was a frequent customer of Veo for 6 months of Hartford, CT. I rented a Veo Bike in Washington DC. I wasnt notified that I entered a restricted area by the Capitol building and the scooter shut off and would not turn back on. By request of Veo I was forced to push it to a stall a half mile. Because I didnt want to push THEIR heavy bike, they wouldnt cancel the trip, after sending an email to do so, and charged me $60 without refund. 0/10 service!

This app used to be a good app until the money i deposited in my wallet mysteriously disappeared. I request that you look into this situation.
app shuts down too early, canceled my ride to switch and left stranded at 11pm
I don't know how to recharge it it didn't give the instructions so I was riding slow and I'll spending my money I need to fix that
Requires ID scan. Not using if I have to add my ID to someones list.
I tried logging into my account with the code sent to me, but the app keeps saying the code I entered is either invalid or expired 😑 I've tried can a new code several times now and get the same thing. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
They'll round up for every ride. 5 minutes 1 second is 6 minutes they'll charge you for. These guys are actively overcharging and stealing from people. Selfish greed on display here.

I paid 20$ for 2 rides and didn't even move from where I was because the thing was broke asl!!! tried two times with different devices and the same happened in both of them. What a waste of money.
rented 4 bikes for Santa monica pier. the whole beach front is set to a slow zone... you can't go faster than a couple mph in the bike lane.. ridiculous
a literal scam. most of the bikes are broken. the worst I've ever experienced.
EDIT:FU 1 YEAR LATER NO EQUIPMENT. I used to have a choice of which company to use, but this company kicked four competitors out of my city and failed to provide any equipment to the city. I'm late for the sporting event and I have to walk 2 miles because this company is supposed to have equipment in the city and it doesn't. I want choice I want my city to get rid of Veo. Very inconvenient, Even if they do get it together and finally provide equipment, I can only use it at dock.

I've used it two times. Both times the tire was flat or almost flat and the battery died within a few minutes. There should be a way to check the battery before renting.
New update came out and suddenly I can't sign in anymore
hmwasted the first 14 minutes and money finding scooters that actually worked gonna try and dispute the charges but once we got rollin it was nice.
