Every time I ride it takes 10$ and says it's a holding fee. I even bought premium for the month and it still takes 10$ for every ride.

I hate that we don't get 1 hour 30 minutes of ride time and if your ride was 5 minutes and 1 second it's will end at 6 minutes so you lose a hole minute.

Too expensive Veo is by far the worst scooter program in the country. The prices are 50% more expensive than every other company.

hides the passes when it's busy so you can't buy them
This service is trash they want to hold 10.00 that took 14 days to be refunded rode the bike for 7 mins total I am disabled so I qualify for discounted rides but they have not approved account I reached out to Colorado assistance and they have reached out a million times and have not gotten a response lime was and is so much better not to mention they were out in supposed to stop the bikes and scooters from being left anywhere and stop people from riding where there not supposed to but lies
we got you as a "better" replacement in denver. your just another corporate mongrel taking from the ppl...every cent you can...and same boundaries as lime scooters...so not only a worse replacement but the only difference is lime knew how to handle the overall population not just discriminate against the lowest classes...
taking money away when rides are broken should be a crime
if the rides aren't low on battery, you're in a no riding zone and the thing turns off

highly doubt not recommend paid $30 for something that didnt work why would I move a bike that was in the same area I found it and then have to pay $30!!

Your app keeps giving me wrong zip code error any time I try to reload. My money isn't going to this till you fix it, seeing as it's better not to risk it.

Updated: my sourness is at the company it self. they have passes you can purchase which is convenient. but I spent 15 and change after taxes and fees fine. but I only used 7 minutes. I went to use bikes the next day and apparently my minutes expired. very disappointed. I bought 45 minutes and should expired after a week. 15 dollars is a lot of money these days!

putting a $10 hold on my card every ride is insane!!! probably won't use these bikes again for this reason alone
I rode the scooter to pickup my lunch, paused the ride to go inside and order, then rode back to my office. The app charged me for the entire time it was paused! This is never explained in the app (that paused time is still charged)! I'd give it zero stars if I could. Junk service is junk.
this scooter is garbage nowhere near close as the lime scooter. so many of them in Denver streets that don't work but let you sign in and take money without moving I just tried 5 garbage scooters in a row that took my money and didn't work.. this should not have replaced lime

There aren't enough of them in my city, the app has horrible GPS functionality, and the bikes often do not even work.
what an awful app, what an awful company. they are triple the price of lime and never keep any of their devices charged after forcing every other company out of the city
First time user. Attempted 2 two consecutive group rides with 3 brand new bikes. Had to cancel both as host bike lost power,not charge, power.it just refused to go. On my 2nd attempt my bike, the host bike, lost power mid ride on a cycle only bike path that is recessed below street level. I was stuck pushing the pedaless bike a half mile cause my bike thought I couldn't ride there. I was issued a refund for these rides but the whole situatuon, including refund request waisted around 30 minutes.
