Wollte die App für die DB App nutzen. Hat nicht funktioniert. Error T002. Dann halt nicht. Wenn Verifikation das einzige ist, was die App kann, dann sollte sie das auch wirklich können.
useless. cannot use my EU ID-card. digitalization should make things easier, not just more complicated.

Die Deutsche Bahn setzt Verimi voraus, um ein Deutschlandticket zu erwerben. Ich habe mindestens eine Stunde mit dem Versuch zugebracht, ein Deutschlandticket by bahn.de zu kaufen. Alles funktioniert bis die Transaktion bestätigt werden soll. Da meldet die App die plötzlich, dass sie keine Internetverbindung habe. Alles klar... Frage mich auch, wieso für die Authentifizierung per eID diese App notwendig sein soll. Die offizielle AusweisApp funktioniert seit Jahren einwandfrei. Konto gelöscht.
Absolut schlecht. Die App funktioniert einfach nicht. Die biometrische Anmeldung funktioniert nicht, und ich kann meine eID-Karte nicht hinzufügen. Stattdessen bekomme ich immer nur einen weißen Bildschirm, gefolgt von einer Fehlermeldung. Leider habe ich keine andere Möglichkeit, mich online auf einer Seite einzuloggen, und muss mich deshalb über Post-Ident identifizieren. Das ist wirklich frustrierend. Am besten wäre es, wenn Sie nichts anbieten würden, was Sie offenbar nicht beherrschen.
Poor experience. I need to use to do my DB Ticket. No success to connect with the DB for authentication. It took me took me an hour to add the passport and there is still not showing that DB is trying to verify me through the app. Good Luck everyone....
Worst app i ever used. Required for deutsche bahn subscription but after trying for 40min i gave up. Why is it easier to open a bank account than to buy a deutschland ticket?!

Ich habe anderthalb Stunden gebraucht, um mir ein Deutschlandticket mit verimi-Authentifizierung zu kaufen. Die App hat sich ständig von selbst aufgehängt... Einfach geht anders.
I can't buy a ticket from DB navigator because verimi both the web version and app can never successfully send me the code on email and there's no other option to sign in. thanks for making life harder.
confirmation email never arrives. How is this possible in 2025, for something as 'secure' and 'mandatory' as this marvel of a 'company'?

pointless app, unable to successfully identify myself, unable to purchase Deutschland Ticket as a result. instructions are limited. no idea what the purpose of this app actually is. emailed them for support. no reply.

Terrible. I work as a software developer. So I'm quite tech savvy. Spent over an hour trying to add my bank account to DB using Verimi. Still haven't been able to. Asked my girlfriend to buy the tickets on my behalf. It took her about 20 to 30 min and she was successful. But that's with us both having an account. Would expect it to take about 1 to 2 min. Not an hour and a half with many errors along the way.
I was forced to install this app as I tried to purchase the Deutschlandticket from my smartphone. I tried all options for identity verification, and I was always redirected to pages where I could not continue the booking process (even though the ID verification was successful!). Frustrating experience!

funktioniert überhaupt nicht. macht es unmöglich das Deutschland Ticket zu kaufen. Sehr ärgerlich wenn man es braucht. keine Ahnung warum DB so eine unnütze unbrauchbare Verifizierung benutzt.
Can't login on the app. It works on the web. Verification also seems to take forever or fails silently. Really annoying that this prevents me from buying the Deutschlandticket.

Very slow, even on a top phone with Snapdragon Elite! The app ia not able to import an Ausweiß or a Führerschein. trash app developed to take the gov money.

Cannot register my german Ausweis - does not complete the only task it was designed for. Ausweis registration process fails for unknown reason.

I'm not sure how this is going to be accepted as proof of identity and driver's licence in case you forgot the physical one at home or don't want to carry around, since this doesn't show your picture nor the information of driver's licence, even though you have to take pictures of it, seems useless to me...

Why do things the easy way if you can make them complicated? An app like Aegis can set up 2FA in two simple steps. Why does Verimi need to take my selfie, a scan of my photo ID, codes by SMS that do not arrive, an app on a smartphone and my fingerprints, only to confirm that it's me? Half an hour waisted to get an online purchase confirmed. Now I understand why so many Germans still prefer to send documents by fax!
zu blöd meinen e-Ausweis zu erkennen. dann mit bankdaten meine Identität verifiziert. trotzdem zwingt diese app immer weiter dazu mit e-Ausweis zu verifizieren. endlosschleife. sitze im zug und hab alle mobile daten verbraucht für den quatsch. deutsche technologie - designed to fail.
Buggy as hell. I'm stuck in an infinite loop of setting up an 2FA. Can set up Puk after puk after puk, wont let me choose to not set up a 2FA so I can delete my account and data from this app.
Frustrating app
One of the worst app experiences in my last few months.
After wasting 2 hours of my time by trying to add bank details it's just refreshing the page with personal bank data form and that's it. No any kind of additional info! Is it accepted, or is it failed? Any messages - nothing! By the way it's not accepted.
