Barely ever works
Constantly blocks me for supposedly using a VPN when I'm not, all while bots scoop up every Pokemon drop. Looking at social media it seems this happens to a LOT of people.
The app isn't working again. I can't make payments or check my statement. Why does this keep on happening?

Logging is tedious keep having to put my date of birth ect ect .ask if I want use fringer print scanner to log in but never works when i want to sign in still having to use email address password date of birth ect. still haven't fix this problem. useless developer its not so hard to fix?

Constant Bugs in App
needs updating this app it's constantly stopping , the bottom pages in the app are blank no items just grey squares.. still the same after a month , good bye !!!!
dear very, I wish you took suggestions, I spent ages building healthy credit, in the hope you would get some DJ equipment, like controllers, cdjs, vinyl decks, and mixers, I'm sure u would have plenty of customers don't understand why still no dark mode, dark mode was introduced in android 10, I'm a month away from android 17, 7 years to add a simple dark theme is just lazy lazy lazy
23/05/26 - Still exactly the same, no update, app not fit for purpose. 06/02/26 - On signing in the account you goto the item you want and you cant do anything as it just stays loading forever, terrible app!!!!

Sort your bug-ridden app out! I keep getting an error message every time I save or unsave items. Saved items are disappearing from my wishlist as well. Also repeatedly says it's stopped/crashed upon launch even though it didn't. Terrible experience!

App refuses to login even though i know the details are correct and have logged in via a web browser and have already reset my password. This needs fixed. It happened before a few years ago and was resolved for some time but is now back.
App mobile is horibble slow! It takes 5 business day to open a product page! You should really improve that! Trying to use the site on a tablet, blocked acces because aparently I use a VPN. I don't! Moving my shopping to a different platform than!

for some unknown reason the app doesn't recognise my details even after changing the password
unreliable company, never have stock available and when delivery is expected there is always some reason for a huge delay making you have to cancel order

app is absolutely shocking. takes about 5 mins logging in and then takes another 5 min try to navigate to each page because the app is so slow. I can't even make payments which they are hammering me for because the app keeps bugging out and saying I'm using a VPN. I've never used a VPN in my life. absolutely ridiculous.

What's happened to the app? It used to work really smoothly but the last few months, its slow, glitchy and full of faults. It needs fixing as it's making it very difficult to make payments!
The app is slow and clunky. Seemingly impossible to look at your existing orders. May as well go through the website
incredibly slow and frustrating to use. I keep thinking they'll sort it out but they dont, so giving a review. As a brand, they're okay but their apps slow and makes me not want to use it. when browsing or paying BNPL off, I literally pick it up and put it down to do something else whilst it catches up. if you know what you're searching for specifically by name, its not the end of the world - still slow but not as tedious as browsing.
good service when goes okay but clothing items are a now something I will never purchase from very. bought my lad some trainers via app. What i actually recieved was the most minging and dirty shoes the soles caked in mud clearly been worn before. Ive never recieved such a poor quality item in any purchase of new items. Very clearly trying to palm off old returns to customers. would not recommend clothing or footwear purchases to anyone.
Since the end of May 2026 the app keeps crashing, removing liked items no longer works
love very but biometrics dodgy one day ill clicknon acout itll ask me to press sign in and then vwrify with fingerprint. and other days itll make me put in password. why cant app simply open with fongerprint and if not because of legal reasons why cant my fingerprint sinply work all the tine and why do i ever need to press sign in...... app would be great if it workes by fingerprint but its current form biometrics isnt even working most times. its become a barrier to buying stuff.im old.
its alright when the app actually works ive reinstalled a few times to try and correct it but constantly either get errors when trying to access your account or error cant load messages when selecting a item too.
