The payment side is terrible I either over play or don't pay enough, because the balance don't adjust according to what I pay, pisses me off, and it's a shame they took the graph of the balance away and I can only go back on my orders for 3 months there for I give 1 star. Can't screen shot
Disgraceful company hold times unable to apply new customer code on VeryPay charged for next day delivery then told it may not arrive the next day. Also customer services cannot call you back took me five hours to place an order after using very pay, then call disconnected without me being told the cost of my order with discount in full!
This app has become awful will not load properly you wait forever.
For over at least 7 months the app either does not load or hangs when I try to click ok anything. I have had to go to very's main website to view anything, place an order or make payment.
I had an account (my phone even remembered the password) but when I tried to buy something today I found that my account had been closed. I tried to open a new one but it seems there is now no way to do that without opening a credit account which I don't want to do. You can't purchase anything without checking your eligibility for their credit account. This seems like a very pushy way to get people to have credit with them. I haven't completed the registration and have deleted the app.

Pictures don't load up when your browsing an item so if you scroll down it should show you other similar items but there just grey boxes and never load up at all
Used to be great, now the app is virtually unusable. Takes forever to load account details, transaction details or make payments. Been like this for months, if it wasn't broke why break it? Edit, just been on try make a payment, will not allow me to, the payment screen is totally unresponsive.

Very slow and unresponsive since recent updates. It can take up to 20 seconds for options in account to appear and more time for the app to make those options clickable.
