If I could give this app zero stars I would!I paid $30 for the annual subscription less than a month ago and now it wants me renew my subscription. It's impossible to get anyone on the customer support page. It just takes you round and round in circles. What a waste of money.
I have used the VeryFit app for about 6 years now. More glitches than usual lately. The swimming counter is accurate as but turns on and off during lap swimming. Fairly accurate. Could add an edit fuction into the app for sleep? Sometimes, it will add more steps or not calculate all my steps at all. Again Fairly accurate when working. With the current update, I have been locked out of services, so watch and app say 03/03/1967 and same repeat day, so I'm not using the app or watch anymore.

app force closes by itself after logging me out Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Will change rating if I get to use my gifted watch again

worst app. whenever i want to change the things it shows only one screen. it wont go to other options and next screen. Totally the app is not user friendly and everytime it asks to subscribe and pay money.
Your app randomly logs me out when I know I did not log out. Fix it where it will not log people out.

I tried deleting and reinstalling because after using the app for 2 months it now won't open. it won't let me in. What garbage, it crashed during workouts and would record steps if I was sleeping and moved my arm. if I woke up and went back to bed, it never recorded my additional sleep.

Constantly knocks my device off of my phone for no reason. edit to add, I upgraded my phone and now the app will not allow me to have two watches on it. it took me 3 days to add the two watches on it but once I do neither of them will connect. if I delete a watch it will work to its regular (shotty) level but will not do two. **update - recently it is also started turning off my SMS notifications So I keep having to go into settings in the app to re-turn it on
some options not working
App will open randomly open and close while in other apps. Will close when trying to log back in saying "Your login has expired, please log in again". When I try to log back into app it force closes. Please help or fix! 😔

Trashed the app and the watch after a couple of weeks. Money 'down the drain' Kept losing connection with the phone. Instructions are poorly written in 'broken' English and are hard to understand. Lacks any sense of sophistication or professional engineering. That's all I have to say about that. Look elsewhere for something more useful.
I'm just trying to change my email. I hit one incorrect letter so now I'm trying to correct it. Every time I go through the verification process to make the change it doesn't give me a way to hit "ENTER/DONE" once I've entered the verification code. So far this sucks cause without verifying my email I can't really do much so my birthday gift sucked. TELL ME HOW TO CORRECT THIS AND I'LL CHANGE MY REVIEW. But until then I'm NOT happy at all. It's just another digital watch for me. Money wasted!
what is going on wont connect app keeps kicking me backwards and I've reinstalled, uninstall, it reinstalled it again and updated.And it's still don't work
other than the weight thing where you're supposed to be able to enter the food you eat to track. it worked well. last week it stopped giving me notifications on texts/calls and everything! I've tried everything and just reinstalled it.

The link between watch and app is poor. Information on the app i inaccurate and is not properly shown on the app. Strava gives an accurate record and a map of the route

Haven't been able to see the time for months, unless I press the side button. Seems to me that would be the primary function of a watch... App disconnects on moving from room to room in my home. Other than that, has been a reliable timekeeper, and my watch face, although I had to pay extra, shows seconds, day,weekday, and date.
the watch is pretty good, but the app is poor. The good news is it keeps track of your heart rate, O2, steps and sleep pretty well. It's not as accurate as my home BP cuff and spO2, and none of the wrist watch sleep monitors are perfect, but this one is functional. however, even with those positives it's hard to overcome the negatives. The app crashes, and the only solution is to reinstall and lose all your accumulated data. Also, it does a poor job with distance. Think twice before you buy
this app drives me nuts. I remove certain notifications like FB, Snapchat and TikTok and within a couple of days I am getting notifications again and I have to update what notifications I want and don't want. Why do I have to do this? its is so annoying
the record sleep has stopped working properly and I can't seem to get it back . it happens sporadically and I'm wearing tight enough but it still doesn't work
Just ok. Got the watch as a Christmas gift definitely questioned the accuracy of steps. Then today I check calories consumed and it says 1068. it's 12:47pm and I've had nothing to eat yet today but somehow consumed over a thousand calories lol I actually feel better knowing this isn't accurate cause all week it was saying I was consuming over 22-2500 calories 😂 had me like WOW I barely ate much.
A number of things don't work correctly with this app. The biggest issue I'm having is that I changed my step goal to 500 steps an hour but it refuses to update on my watch. The app's new day doesn't start at midnight, it starts in the afternoon for some reason. "First Consumption" won't give me 30 integral. Lucky Draw 50 coins only gives 10 coins... SO MANY GLITCHES! If everything worked correctly it would be a 4 star app but I suspect the many glitches won't be fixed any time soon.
