My watch stopped connecting to the app and most of my data is gone. The earliest data in my app is from Sept. 2025.

I noticed that the app now when you open it displays ads. I understand apps make money off of ads but come on man, the watch is not even that great.b but in order to use it with my fitness apps, I got to download your trashy app to connect to those apps. Then you want me to pay for the pro version? Save yourself the headache and get any other smart watch that doesn't use Very Fit, because the Very Fit app is very trash
I love the watch itself but the app sucks. on multiple days it'll drain my battery so much that in the span of 5 hours my battery will go from 100 to 35/28 and I've gotten multiple alerts that the app is overloading the cpu. I do like how much the watch is customizable and links to alexa and music apps and how you can change the wallpaper on it. just wish the app was better suited for phones without having to restrict it or turn it off completely.

This unrequested "events" banner is horrible. First, i never ask for this, but worse, the design of the banner is wrong. It should use a static size, but it's dynamic, which means that as a new slide moves in, that is a different size , the rest of the UI redraws, making it jump for every annoying change. At least add an opt-out. I, for one, do not like pushy, nag ads, and NEVER order things. I wanted to buy a 2nd watch, but with these forced changes in the app, I will not.

Don't believe a word this developer says about updates. Many issues have existed for this app that are never addressed. The Bluetooth connection for example is NEVER addressed. This app is harvesting as much of your personal Data as it can. The request to share a goal is to get data on other people.Reminders to enable location is more spying. Every update is for that same reason. Google should ban this app but Google is no better. The email provided in the app is fake. The developer is a spy

HOW IS THIS WORKING, I've tried 2DAYS to just connect my watch with my device, but it DOESN'T WORK, It doesn't show my watch, Please fix bug
40 min install, no connection. I only want it to tell time

App is Adolescent at Best. The watch is beautiful, very clean and easy to operate. I love the watch. This app however, is messy, too busy, too many useless features, the contact support bubble is just in the way... idk. It feels like a b-rated app. Messy and not useful. update: watch stopped logging data, and I can't figure out how to get it to continue to log data.
When I open the app it makes me click out of ads twice. And my steps on my watch don't always sync up right away in the app.
Worked great to start with. Now constantly showing wrong or missed information. App has been uninstalled, refreshed, nothing working as it was for 7-8 weeks, quite annoying being as I had really enjoyed both the app and the watch. No chat function available anymore in the app either since the new update a few days ago. Would give 0 stars if possible
Terrible app! There is no comprehensive manual or instructions for it any. You are left to poke around, and guess at how various features work. Features have vague or cryptic descriptions, leaving you to guess what they do and if they are useful. Often, you'll discover that features are behind a paywall. As a standalone device, my watch is great and provides me good value for the money I paid for it. The app though adds nothing of value.
For faux-smartwatches with completely unreliable health metrics (if any is truly measured).
This is honestly the worst app I have ever used. IF it works, only about 25% of the functions work. Sometimes it tracks my steps but it usually takes a good 30 - 45 minutes for it to transmit from my watch to app. Sometimes it tracks my sleep. but it constantly disconnects my watch and then tells me sleep tracking won't work when not connected. Duh. I didn't disconnect it. Service is useless. I would never recommend this app.
work for a while now nothing frustrating
keeps locking up on turn on notification screen. completely worthless 😞
cant get onto the app, due to the unclosable audible advert. it plays out and the wont close or move me onto the menu. unforgivable at this point in time.
before I had to reset this watch I really didn't have any problems. Now all my phones calls and zoom calls come through the watch. also I can't see my steps because a notice keeps popping up that I need to turn on notifications and won't let me do anything
sleep inaccurate
needs starva integration and manual sleep add if they fix that 5 stars and I'm going to recommend and buy my wife one. however Garmin is looking like the better option because of it's integration with "strava" "eat this much" and Samsung Health says it integrates but doesn't translate

app sucks, training schedule isn't adjustable, cant start a training course the day of. cant go back to fix accidental disconnects. did 10/11 parts of a course then was a day late for part 11 and lost all progress.
Confusing to navigate. Juvenile appearance, seems targeted at children. Obtrusive adds.

inaccurate sleep and other items
I am very disappointed with the accuracy of the sleep data logging which used to be basically my favorite feature. I don't know what happened but it needs to get back to the way it was before whatever they did to mess it up!
Completely inaccurate readings, lose function of almost all operations
This does okay at tracking steps and pulse, but it's terrible for tracking sleep (the main reason I use it).* I don't use the other functions, but it frequently interrupts other apps to try and get me to enable location tracking, which, since I don't use the distance running function, it doesn't need to know where I am. *If you sleep at night, all in one go, this will work ok. But if you sleep in small chunks at odd times of day/night, this won't record your sleep. It used to work, but not now.
App is fine exceot for the constant ads popping up all the time. What happened? It never used to do this, now I have to skip an ad when opening the app and sometimes when using the app. Extremely annoying.
sync is hit and miss
it was so much better before the updates. i walk 4-5 miles per day and i like to see all the exercise and steps I've done. the new update only tracks your steps. all other incentives have been removed. very unhappy. I like visual accomplishments.
