not great, mostly because when I paid for the weekly membership. the only way to cancel is through Google play. well, its not and hasn't showed up as a subscription in my Google play so currently not able to end the subscription. and dealing with customer service if annoying. like why can't they be like every other app and give us the option to cancel the weekly subscription through the app. absolutely dumb. 😠😡😤😮💨😮💨

do not ever put ya card on file they will take money off ya card even without a subscription the stole over 100$ from me there no way to call about your issues only email and even when you email them and give them your user ID number they tell you its no subscription while still taking your money and telling you your user ID is wrong its all a scam

Under no circumstances should anyone subscribe to your service. It is impossible to cancel the subscription. It does not appear in my Google Play subscriptions, and nobody responds to emails. Where exactly am I supposed to contact you to cancel my subscription? This is now the sixth week that you have been charging me, yet the premium episodes remain locked. No one has replied to any of my emails. Please cancel my subscription immediately, stop all future charges, and refund the payments
it is annoyingly hard and difficult to cancel the subscription for this app. while the content is good it's very annoying. im still within my one day to cancel but it won't even show up anywhere and nothing I've done is getting me closer to fixing it.

I made a purchase with the terms notating that I would be able to cancel via Google Play, with no option actually available to do so. I have been emailing for the last 2 weeks trying to resolve this with no response. I wanted to cancel it. the customer service email loop is unhelpful. they used billing that bypasses google play so you cant cancel in your subscriptions, then claim the UID that is attached to my account cant be found, even though its the only one connected to my account. this is a predatory app.

only 5 commercials for show instead of 10 obviously this one is not as good as real short videos. Commercials are far too long for such a short video that you get.

I dl this app for a certain short (drama), yet it cant be found on the app itself. I even paid for a weekly pass. Another (almost) 9/10 of the series are not complete. This is a total waste of money. Please do something about this
not as advertised! it says "watch a few ads, unlock the whole series" absolutely NOT TRUE! It shows what you saw in the ad only, then wants you to subscribe to the outrageous amount of $1.14 per day. it's a shame really as the series looked interesting but it's simply another scam to charge you about $40 per month! That's MORE than most reputable movie streaming apps. This app is using fraudulent advertising methods.

I bought the introduction $1.99 pass to watch a single story and ever since, it keeps trying to bill me every three days $9.99. I didn't sign up for a subscription. Big Scam Vibes.
if I could give this a 0 I would I've tried the email they have for support on 2 different of my emails and they wont even go through.

I downloaded it because of ad content in Pinterest but could never find the videos they showed in the ad.
I love these stories!!! But as a person of color meaning Brown there are none at all all the stories have white people and Asian people where are all the indigenous and brown people Y'all need to make this story more diverse and it's not and it's pissing me off and that's why I'm giving it one star I love this app!!! But it needs more diversity seriously!!!

I had fun with it. However, when I went to cancel my subscription due to monetary constraints, I found that it wouldn't let me. Not in the app, not in the Google play store. Even after uninstalling the app, they charge me 20 dollars every week that I have to continuously go through long exchanges with my bank to dispute. Do NOT use this app, and DEFINITELY DO NOT buy a subscription!!!!

I'd pick a better app if I were you.
