Very disappointing experience. I contacted customer support to cancel my subscription and received absolutely no response. Despite clearly asking to unsubscribe, they still attempted to charge me the full subscription fee afterward. Ignoring cancellation requests while continuing billing attempts is unacceptable and feels extremely unprofessional. Customer service should at least acknowledge emails and handle subscription issues properly. Would not recommend based on my experience

DO NOT PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION!! I didn't even mean to do so and when I tried to cancel it told me to cancel through the app store I go to do so and it's not listed under my subscriptions. The app glitches when I try to get ahold of someone about it. I even replaced my bank card and they still tried to charge me. I ended up having to call my bank and have them block any transactions coming from them. so not worth the headache

I see other people are having the same issue you have directions to go to Google play to unsubscribe...it doesn't show up anywhere in my subscriptions for me to unsubscribe ..Clearly SCAMMERS
DO NOT download this. I tried to cancel and remove my payment but it still took out of my account. I don't see anything on my subscription and had removed my bank card. Had to cancel my card and report this to my bank too.

this app is a scam. I can't find any option to cancel, through the app or Google play store. you need to be transparent with your subscribers. I'm going to report fraud for this company if I can have my subscription canceled soon.

I love the stories but dislike you don't have the option to watch ads like other apps. I have no problem with paying for coins but I have tried several times and have not been successful so I deleted the app

There is no way to cancel your subscription via the play store like they say on here. Emailing them and they are having trouble finding my account to cancel subscription. Save yourself a headache and multiple charges. Choose another similar app that would provide similar stories.

you will not be able to finish the story unless you pay money for coins and just to get three stories I believe maybe to read 3 or 4 stories consecutively it's going to cost you about like $4 So imagine that adding up yeah not worth it
this app is a scam! I was charged for the full subscription even though it doesnt show it on Google play. Im so mad cause I dont even have that kind of money. how do i cancel the subscription if it doesn't show should I report it as fraud to my bank cause thats what it is fraud.
Once you sign up you cannot cancel the subscription. It does not show up in Google play. Horrible experience. Do not get this app. In my opinion it is a complete rip off. They just continue to charge you without you being able to cancel.

cannot cancel the subscription after you purchase it, says to locate it in Google play but its then not there. tried to reach out via the email provided but I typed it in the exact way it had said and even triple checked and said email didnt exist. DONT GET THIS

thieves! I agreed to a 1 day trial subscription. decided I didn't want to keep it. the option to cancel is nowhere to be found. so I emailed them. I got an automated response, they went ahead and charged me for a full week. TWICE!$13.99for the first one then $27.99 the second time. I paid $2.71 for the 24 hour unlimited shows and episodes. I was not satisfied with the programs so I tried to cancel but couldn't. I removed my card immediately and still got charged today for $13.62 for one weeks service. not happy at all. nothing but scam.

I'm not pleased with this app. They have great potential but it's so bad that I'm highly disappointed. The stories are unfinished. I watched at least 30 of the AI stories and only 2 are complete. What is the point of having a story to watch if it's not complete. The Chinese dramas are mediocre at best. Gladly they are complete. Otherwise very disappointed by the AI "anime" stories. Please post complete stories otherwise what's the point.
Disappointed by Support service unable to cancel through Google Play as stated. Emails with support staff were redundant even after i complied with requested info. Stories were incomplete and stopped abruptly. My Norton scan continues to give this site an error. Finally I received a positive outcome. I really like the dramas but difficulties made me choose to cancel. perhaps in the future I'll try again.
misleading everything's supposed to be free but it's not all we had to do is download the app I'm going to delete it
