ONCE YOU BOUGHT IT YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN

Camera always misses important events. I suddenly have a new trash can and can't see who dropped it off. They also violate USA law with bait+switch, moving 20 sec video capture behind paywall after it was free at sale. THIS IS ILLEGAL! Also, doesn't connect to any smart systems, battery only lasts 2wks after 1yr. Abusive ppl!!!

Something is wrong with this app, after installing the camera the screen will not change to the home screen. I have to uninstall the app for each camera. It didn't do this when I first purchased it. If this was happening when I first purchased the five cameras, they would have gone back. This all started because I am changing the network. I hate when after the return window closes, that's when these good products become poor performers. You feel scamed. Great cameras but poor app. Disappointed !
well as far as the camera it did what it suppose to do. the only problem which is the biggest problem you could have it is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! for 2 months they have taken my money but my camera will not let me log in. I've sent many messages and emails but no remedy. they keep asking for camera serial no. proof of payment my bank statement I sent it all 3 times but still no camera. they will not call you back and still ask for the same stuff. so I highly recommend DO NOT BUY
constant connection problems with perfect wifi...
they make it impossible to unsubscribe and just keep charging you and the thing is never accurate constantly goes off for no reason
this is the worst system I have had for cameras. I have never encountered so many issues. I will be canceling my subscription
Randomly disconnected and won't connect again saying invalid qr code or wifi , ads are absolutely ridiculous for an app like this and now the app barely opens, always says network error
in general, the app's great except for the fact that if you can't get into your account, they don't help you. you lose out on your money. paid 2 years in a row. still got 7 months left and can't get in the account. joke joke
Every 30 seconds it goes to session expired. Have full 5 bars on internet.
They've never once offered me a refund for all of the times there's been issues with app performance. Notifications aren't send until AFTER the recording, so for example after a 2 minute recording.... your car is gone! The notification should be sent immediately. It cannot tell the difference between a blowing tree and a person. No delete all choice.... you have to scroll to the end of videos and then delete. Customer service is nothing but canned, unhelpful responses.

Now, they must be requiring a subscription to have it record any events or for the motion detection to work, because I have zero events. The only subscription they have includes AI, and I refuse to support AI products. Mostly, I am very concerned about the fact that a recent intruder was not captured on video. Very disappointed.

was ok. When I canceled my subscription it did so. then a few months later it started trying to withdraw money from my account. the account does not have money in it (thank goodness) . they keep trying to pull the money out almost every day. the support at the company seems to be only bots that keep sending the same "solutions" over and over. there does not seem to be any humans available through phone text or email

Both of my cameras will not go into live view. I have done everything possible and now I'm waiting for support to figure out what's wrong since it's not my Wi-Fi or any settings. Don't even know if they're trying. Still without live view. They keep sending me instructions of things I've already done. They don't even read what I send them. They are not addressing the issue of a blank screen in the app when trying to re-add the cameras. final post, I've given up. Buying different cameras!

poor detection. support is useless. and the app feels clunky and slow. For a few days the camera was working properly and suddenly started sending false alerts every minute until the battery dies. So 100% it's an app issue but developers don't care. wish I had bought another camera
since this recent update, app has problem opening. every time you do an update, the app screws up my camera
sending notifications an hour or more after motion detection. For a week or so now the motion detection notifications are very late. I'm gonna unsubscribe from the storage and record plan I have if they don't fix this. Lot of good sending notifications an hour or more late will do if its actually someone or something dangerous going on. The app hasn't been working for hours now. Tried all the troubleshooting and nothing is working.
worked fine until it no longer read the SD card so it no longer takes videos. Half the time the video doesn't load and the voice doesn't work. Disconnects more often than not and I would NEVER trust my home security to YOU.
extremely unreliable saving downloading videos and connecting to sd card. usually failes to load and download. now won't even reliably load videos . total garbage trash junk soam!! unless trash won't even load videos fast. literally minutes waiting for it to justify load the darn videos! utter garbage app
The cameras are nice but the app is almost useless - even the paid version. Recordings don't start for several seconds, so all you see is the person walking away, not approaching. Notifications also come in several seconds or minutes after the event has happened. Opening the camera feed also takes several seconds, so you'll never, ever have time to speak to the person on the other end of the camera. Additionally, it constantly flags random objects as people or pets.

This app uses to support their smart bird feeder and tgn they stopped, and forced you to move to Vico Nature. That stopped working and support refuse to help. Terrible company that leaves users in the lurch.
has it's own mind, if it feels like taking a picture it will BUT most of the time it WILL NOT take pictures or videos

a little blurry but its a good idea for my garden
you never get a notification in a timely manner the people or car have left before you get a notification. it mis labels everything my cars are sitting in the driveway and I receive vehicle motion. same on other cameras. I have emailed them 100 times and I tell them I've reset everything uninstalled the app reinstalled it and it never gets fixed. not one update has improved my system. I pay for terrible service and I think they are out of Holland.they don't care every answer is copy/paste
These cameras are BARELY FUNCTIONING, OBNOXIOUSLY UNRELIABLE, SLOW, GLITCHY, AGGRAVATING, IRRITATING JUNK, and they seem to get worse with every "update", and the greedy clowns in charge do it on purpose to charge you extra for the basic functions of a camera ... Been attempting to "format SD Card via app", as the camera repeats constantly, for MONTHS, but the update bar gets to 99% and crashes EVERY TIME. Absolutely pathetic.

Nice cameras, but unusable for us. We got these for a school but our network blocks some Amazon services that apparently are needed by VicoHome, so the app refuses to allow account setup or login. It works on unrestricted networks however.
I like the cameras for the most part. You can not assign them an ip address, which I don't like. They show you a picture of the alarm, but good luck seeing the video, it always times out.
The app seems unorganized, you have to hunt for the setting you need, ie not all video settings are in video. The labels are quite small for the space available. And the most annoying is the constant advertisement pop-ups during a routine on-off operation, causing choice errors. So irritating!
