With the new app update, I had no choice but to delete the app from my child's laptop. It kept generating a Private DNS error and the provided instructions to resolve were inaccurate and didn't allow us to fix the problem. My child has to use this device for her school work, so deleting was the only option after 30 minutes of fighting with it unsuccessfully. If the problem remains an issue we will be canceling our subscription and looking for a more efficient service provider.
I tried this but Ever Accountable is easier to use and has fewer loopholes, plus it's cheaper.
Such a freaking nightmare to cancel. I would not recommend this app on that alone. I hate companies that will continue to charge and not give you an easy way to cancel. I have sent multiple emails because they have no cancellation option on their app. Every email is less helpful than the last. JUST PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!!

it's just awful to set up and add an ally, I cannot understand how I'm mean to pay for this, but add a partner without ME having access to the passwords to bypass and cheat. it's total rubbish. my partner doesn't want to spend hours messing with the app, she just wants to know it works
I am an ally for someone. I hadn't looked at this person's phone history in awhile but did today. There were some concerning sites so I googled them on this person's phone. It only blocked 1 of 3, did not screenshot 2 of them, did not flag them to me, nor did it block them. It also allowed other nude photos to pop up while backing out of these sites. Very poor performance for a $20 app!
The last few weeks it stopped working altogether. I open it to see what notifications there are and it's stuck on the loading screen and never opens.
why must I have to type and sign in every day? why cant you save my log in info??
Terrible concept for a recovery app. Force reminders daily down an individuals throat about what they struggle with. Oh and then tell them that there's a community around them, but just make sure you control that community by utilizing only canned remarks and comments that are predetermined with zero room for anyone to actually talk about what they might want to.
ok,my husband is fighting this and decided to have it downloaded. We did all the work and all his videos were blocked. BUT! He could easily uninstall the app from his phone and all the videos popped up. well..if it was a free app then ok. But not ready to pay for something that doesn't work,sorry
im unable to login from my phone, I open the app and the symbol continues to spin without bringing up the login screen
very buggy still after new update. keeps turning off the VPN, and other settings. then to go log in to see the activity the app doesn't open
will not give me my lost password or restart it
