Doesn't show all download options. Shows only options upto 720p even though higher options are available in the video format. Disappointing experience after paying for this!

I requested a refund within 24 hours of purchasing and was declined.
terrible bookmark management. I have over 1500 bookmarks and there is NO ability to organize in selected groups, mass delete, nor is it compatible with any book manager app that can do such work. I've brought this to the developers'attention several times over the last 2 years and nothing has come of it. If I was to do this over again, I would NOT buy this app
So there's no way to get it to auto-merge after a stream ends? So I have to sit there and manually merge everything? Really? Also, there's a constant "format not supported" error when trying to merge...not worth ten dollars at all.
Somehow I can't download anything the download button doesn't show up
