Keeps playing the same episode over and over. Have to get out of the app and go back in and skip, then watch ads to play next. There is also random ads after...

I already paid but i can't watch it and it says i don't have balance... but i paid it...
The coins that I have collected are reduced day by day even though I did not use them. I find this so unfair!

This app is not good. You need to pay before you watch all the episode. So disappointed.
Absolutely terrible. I paid for a subscription, started a series, and every 3rd episode it would freeze up, tell me I'd reached my limit for watching concurrent episodes, and then crash. The webpage took several refreshes just to get the next episode to load. I made it to episode 23 of a 50+ episode series before getting fed up, canceling the subscription, and deleting the app. Don't waste your time.
your content is good, but how the requirement for a coins is too expensive, your ad can get free movie, why we need to pay
Filled out survey didn't give coins. Makes you watch ads and does not give you the coins for the ads to watch the shows episodes. Repeat watch adds then get coins to unlock episodes. Gives 1-12 episodes free 13-50 you have to watch adds or other show preview adds.

Good content for a short drama app! I'd give it a 5 star based on that alone! However, the cost to watch ad free is way to much! Viki isn't as expensive for a whole year! not even Netflix or Hulu!
