Can't add the tickets to the app. What is the point of this app if it doesn't work?
Zero stars. Can't add tickets via barcode. No error but doesn't add. App has been granted all permissions available. After many attempts got tickets added by order ID. Cannot upload a photo from gallery or camera. Again no error, just doesn't work.
won't work or move past front notifications
Fails with no error message when a barcode is scanned when adding tickets to my account. When trying to add by order ID and email it just gives a generic error despite the details being correct as per the email I was sent.
Please fix this app its not working on Android
won't upload photos. won't load tickets. won't scan barcode. overall a useless app. amazed that there are multiple people having the same issue for over 4years now and it seems nothing has been fixed.

iPhone app works 10 times better than this Android rubbish. I have both phones and all tickets I bought on the website show up automatically on the iPhone app home page. It also has a better design UI. This android app is like the other world. Poor design like a high school project, and the simplest basic doesn't even work - just show me the bloody tickets! Whoever developed this should get fired!
constantly doesnt work, show times not displayed, says rides are closed when theyre not, underestimates wait times significantly, been waiting over 1hr when it said 10min....useless

Could be a great app, but as many have mentioned for yrs prior to me trying. The app will not let you add your photo to the pass. Seems like this should have been a simple fix for any IT team, however the village theme parks team have ignored its customers feedback and concerns.
Atrocious, buggy, trash. I'm trying to purchase tickets and the requirement is to upload a mugshot, but it crashes and sends you back to repeat the entire process. For a joint who wants to charge me $1,000 for a 5 day pass for myself, my wife and 3 kids under 6, this is totally unacceptable. This will be the last time I will attend this joke of a scampark.

it just goes to a suggestion page that you can't navigate away from. downloaded it and tried it three times now.
Photo pass; sorry but I was unable to work out how to get any photos so far. For $65, it would be nice to have the memories we paid for, for example, one print of our group at each Park included. Luckily we took a couple of photos on our phones for free, if we trusted you, we wouldn't have any memories of today. It looks like there's 2 photos of one person in our group that will be able to retrieved but none of those who can't go on the thrill rides.
Useless, couldn't add my existing annual pass either by order number or pass bar code.

What is the point. I logged into my account online and bought tickets but log into my account on this useless app and I have to add tickets? Then it says an error occurs adding by order confirmation number and wants me to scan the barcodes. So I have to log into my account on the computer and print the tickets then log Into the app and scan all the tickets. This is IDIOTIC!
download app sign up but wouldn't let me add my ticket. I tried scanning it and entering it manually on my samsung galaxy s21 had to put it on my daughters I phone not happy

just purchased the annual pass for $250. Cannot add photos. Can't get through the front gate without photos. Fix the app so I can upload my photo. Not happy.

Absolute shocker on both Android and iOS. Seems like it's never been tested. Purchase links are broken, but It locks up in many other places, so it's not one single bug. I can't imagine how many sales are lost from people wrestling with purchasing or renewing passes with this rubbish. Do it by phone instead. That works fine.
Bought annual passes online. While signing up they ask for each individuals email address and other details but there was no email notification sent to any pass holder. Also, the passes do not get added to the app. Very frustrating!
