Don't bother, one of the worst loyalty apps I've seen. There is always a reason that the voucher you have apparently earned won't be accepted.
This App is one of the worst and most frustrating apps i have used. i have never used an app that fails at the payment page, so you start your order again and then the discount doesn't apply because it's already been used previously when the app fails. My local is a vintage inn pub and tonight is third time it's happened and now the third time i'll order from somewhere else. To be honest i will delete the app and not order again from it. Sure i'm not the only customer that faces this!!
The app says you have discounts like 20% off food but the staff say you don't. Feel scammed. Won't be back

app and website does not send verification code to email. I have tried phone, laptop, PC on chrome , IE, Opera. I got an email to book a table straight away! but no email to join so I could use the £10 voucher
Stuck on loading screen not the best.
won't even load - stuck on splash loading page. tried uninstall and reinstall. restart phone. the app is suddenly unusable. hopefully someone is working on it or I'll lose all my rewards! that won't retain me as a customer lol

couldn't log in, so deleted the app, re installed it, and now its not finding my details or even trying. pos app
8 Sept 25. The vintage app does not work for me. it says something went wrong, then loops on 'retry' but offers no 'back' button. Messed me about trying (failing) to access a simple discount code.
won't load since update. pretty useless before the update tbf
Awful. Extremely slow, google pay just hangs, card payment doesnt integrate with android properly so doesnt load any saved wallet cards.
Horrendous app. Crashes unless you give all permissions. Ordered some chips and they just sat in the kitchen because the order failed somehow and no one knew where they should go. despite me putting in the table number and being able to see it on the email receipt.
Constant 'technical' issues means the app is unusable.
Totally flawed, app written by school leavers. Very poor coding. Great restaurant let down by appalling software.

Long wait at table to be served between courses and our main meal came out cold. quite disappointed ☹️
Glitchy app. Allows you to book a table or collect points, but rewards or offers simply do not show when when sufficient visit stamps have been collected. (But they do on the website). Even my local pub tells you to log in on the website.
Every time you click 'delivery,' the app crashes. Other than that, it is a very slow app to use. Lags a lot.
Good concept & there are nice offers in the app. However, it would be great if it updated itself to remove expired vouchers and one-time codes that have already been used / scanned.
Doesn't work on Pixel 7 Android 14. Installed app but when I try to login the page opens but then immediately closes so can't login and access my deals and vouchers
