It's way too expensive to promote your products. It makes you pay based on the price of the object which can be a lot. I paid around 12 euros just to promote 3-4 selling products for 3 days and I still didn't help me at all. Now I'm supposed to pay 12 euros again and again just for 3 days of promoting with no results? Soon I will spend the entire cost of my selling products just for promoting them. USE OLX, it's better and cheaper 👍🏻

Entre un support client totalement lamentable et une gestion de situation décevante du début à la fin, je continuerai mon activité ailleurs. Ne vous prenez pas la tête, utilisez Grailed, Depop ou encore Vestiaire Collective.

THERE'S KIDS BEING SOLD ON THIS APP. DO NOT USE THIS APP UNTIL VINTED HAS DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. They say that there aren't kid being sold on their app, but sure, a plushie being 104 cm and 4 years old with the description being "white & tight" and sold for thousands of bucks isn't child trafficking. Keep doing, you monsters.

They ban accounts upon set up and do not allow appeals.
Made a new account bc a friend loved the app. IMMEDIATELY upon making the account it was suspended for 'suspected fraudulent activity'. I literally just made an account and did nothing. Looking through the reviews I am not the only person this happened to. Clearly they're having problems and I'm grateful they don't have any of my financial info. Will not give this a second chance.

I explained my issue and provided supporting photos and their system just kept saying - provide proof and explain what happened until the case got closed without any human looking into it. worst ever. don't use it!
absolute joke of an app- constantly getting warnings and restrictions for things I haven't done, can't appeal because it can get you banned. can't sell a few new things with out it "flagging up" that you might be running a business and then they try to push you into being a pro seller. and to top it off, absolutely no seller protection. it's all a shambles!
Changing my rating from 5 stars to 0. Vinted blocked my account for allegedly selling a fake Jack & Jones shirt worth only 40 PLN ($10). Who makes replicas of a $10 shirt? My account has been blocked for 10 days. I already sent detailed photos, labels, and logos for verification, but there has been no response from an expert. I've been a reseller for 2+ years with over 200 five-star reviews. Tip for Vinted - Change your experts and customer care . Account block permanently , 0 star will stay.
Support basically non-existent. My account has a bug, I can no longer see the titles of my own listings, only the description texts. Nowhere to report this, no one to help, so that's just how it's gonna be now forever?! Marketplace littered with clearly counterfeit items, even if you report it, they often do nothing. Search function is a total pain if you don't want to be flooded with trashy fast fashion products (SheIn, Primark etc) because you can't exclude certain brands.
i m really having a bad expreince with vinted.i am selling my clothes on vinted i edit and create photo for my listing and they keep hiding my photoes from catalogue because their AI bot think i m using someone else,s photo which is not.and because of that i m losing bumps and my customers and it cost me money.if this carry on i rather go to other app and sell there.its really getting annoying.and when u message them to sort out things they take ages.they dont even have human agent to talk.

customer support is unbelievably terrible. having to wait 4 days to get some support for a 30 second read is absurd. as well as the new update that completely removes being able to see the title of your own item and condition, having to double check in the edit screen. it's really bothersome, fix your platform.

when you buy a fake product they take your money for sending it back, for stained products they didn't aprove the return (luckly the sender admited she forgot to check them). they don't protect the buyer, if you're lucky and get along with the selleria that's great, otherwise, don't expect to any help from vinted. they answer very late or never as a seller, I find it ridiculous that vinted automatically gives 1 star just because you agreed with the buyer not to send something.

Suporte inexistente e bots abusivos. Apagam anúncios legítimos de colecionismo com bots falhados. Reclamamos com o suporte humano e eles limitam-se a copiar e colar a mesma resposta automática, ignorando as próprias regras do catálogo. Péssima experiência, não recomendo a ninguém.
I thought this app was fine but it needed my social security number so I stopped using it cuz I felt that was sketchy then I did a little research and people are SELLING THERE BABIES ON HEREEE!!! whether you blame the people or the app you should just stop using this to bring awareness to these poor children
Warning!!! if you purchase items through vinted and do not receive them, their claims procedures will give you false information and then not refund. customer services are incredibly rude and unhelpful and ultimately you will have to try to reclaim through your bank. check trust pilot for clarification, if you do use it then it's at risk of losing money.

This is terrible. Recently, there have been terrible rings of people trying to sell literal children on this app, and vinted hasn't done anything about it. In fact, they've been deleting comments of people trying to bring attention to it on social media. Do not support this. Don't give them money. This is horrible, disturbing, and disgusting.
user interface and support are really bad
worst sales platform. I was accused of something, not really sure what. I responded with pictures and receipts and still haven't heard from anyone. my account is locked and it's been over 3 weeks. pathetic!

Trop long pour résoudre un problème. Service client juste mauvais. Obligé d'attendre presque 1 mois quand un colis a été perdu Aucune possibilité de passer pro avant ça Bloque les produits avant même de prévenir que c'est une activité pro(préviennent après avoir tout bloquer. Résultat: Énorme perte de temps) C'est vraiment, vraiment mauvais Je ne recommanderais pas du tout Vinted à quelqu'un. Le design est super. La visibilité sur les articles qu'on vend aussi. Mais tout est gâché par le service
