can't use the App with group bookings, disappointed, need to uninstall the app to then see the booking in browser as it trys to revert back to the app.

dysfunctional,got an email to book flights with specials and promo things ,took 3 hours to get into the app, Virgin not responding, time out, e r for try again messages. not good.
The most important part of this app, at least for me, is the part which allows me to view and manage my bookings and to access my digital boarding pass. Unfortunately, this part of the app has been broken on at least the last and current version of the app, and no trips information can be viewed in-app. What's the point of a flights app if you can't view your flights?
I cannot install this -it gets to 50% and no further. I've unistalled, restarted my phone, and still nothing more. It isn't an old phone.
Now it costs extra to sit in the entire front half of the plane? In a normal economy seat? "Preferred"??!? How about you try harder NOT to add scam pricing to our lives.
nothing works on app or website, anything you click on goes to a blank screen. Honestly how are you still flying
why is there 3 apps? one for booking, one for FF and one for entertainment?
since December update, can't select seat prior to check-in. Now another month had past, still can't select seat prior to check-in. Worst "update" ever.

Annoying new update. monthly I fly on a charter and since the update I can't select my seat this is such a pain knowing since the update I can't select seats meaning I'm in the middle everytime. wish they can allow me to select a seat it's only me not anyone else.
I paid my lounge renewal a full month before it was due. Why, nearly 3 weeks later, does the app still not show the new expiry date ? Neither the Virgin nor the Velocity app will work if I disable tracking. Why do they need to track what I do? 2000 tracking attempts in a short space of time. That's verging on criminal invasion of privacy.
