What is this? I can't login. As a new user I think I'll not be using this a lot

App is constantly having issues. Last month I got charged and couldn't use the app, when I got a hold of customer service she was rude and got offended that I was having issues. I loved this app for years, not sure what happened recently, but its expensive and not worth it.
I subscribed to PRO and I still don't have access to it. The app still asks me if I want to become PRO. When I try to subscribe again it says that I'm already PRO. In the mean time I have no app and they have my money. Don't install it, don't buy it, don't use it.
unusable, lacking basic features, UI is terrible, app tries to be 'smart' and fails miserably: - can't edit the order of exercises - can't change an exercise into another - can't disable the 'rep tracking' between rest timers - can't complete sets, only groups of sets - workouts are forcefully tied to the calendar
Broken. Worked one time then the schedule for employer classes won't load, can't join any class now.
My account is gone after less then 6months of nonuse, Google password confirmed i had an account. I loved the app when it functioned......

Not able to connect with Garmin, while my phone is, so Bluetooth is indeed turned on.
I discovered that they are owned by Sports Direct, and I decided on Christmas 2023 that due to shocking customer service, I will boycott ALL & ANYTHING to do with Sports Direct. Next to Tesco, Sports Direct are hands down the worst company in the UK 🇬🇧
If you have the money to pay for a personal trainer I suggest you find an in person trainer. The app takes forever to sync which made me think they were cheating me of my money since the calendar would say there were no workouts only to show them to me an hour later. Trying to contact anyone from the app is impossible. I regret giving a single penny to these people. If I had seen the offer as it was instead of going on zoom with some guy who convinced me to buy their service I wouldn't have paid
I wish these work out tracker apps said they require full purchase to even get passed the beginning. Nothing is excessable unless u plug in a Card #.
It purports to do a lot, but in reality is simply an umbrella to access my TP app (which is longer than using the app alone). The exercises are difficult to follow on the app and I would say borderline dangerous if you don't use your common sense when following them. I don't like the chat forums and it's payment platform simply does not work.
I have a plan made whit a PT. I am not able to enter it. The AI is use less and don't care what I told him. Most of the Infos are old and far behind of the actual knowledge about mass grow, fat lose and over all fitness. I have the food tracking app too, both a waste of money and I did the 12 Month pro what was a big waste.
Extremely annoying you sign up for Pro membership for 20€ per month and then have no option to cancel the membership. Support doestnot respond for day. If you don't want that kind of trouble l, don't sing up would be my advice
I am very disappointed with the app and but even more so with the support team! Plenty of errors both on the trainer and client side. When something goes wrong ( which happens way too often), there is a long waiting time to get hold of any MOS. I have been using the app for over 2 years and I would strongly advise against it.
Sunce the update the app became complete garbage: records your activities double, deletes entire workouts. Actively looking for an alternative app. Why change something that worked into something that is garbage?
Last update introduced a bug that duplicates ALL exercises in a workout. This is such a major issue that the app is pretty much unusable. 1 star until you fix this.
Shameless money grab
I have purchased pro subscription and was not activated. Constantly askimg me to unblock account and login again. Terrible app experience
poor performance with android. really poor..long delays. Great almost instant on IOS
Can't even log in, every time I try it says my account is locked. I try unlocking it and it claims it's unlocked, then try log in again and my account has been locked again. I can log into the website without any issues but the app keeps failing.
Everytime I try to make an account it just says timeout error.
Loved it. But since a while almost everything is for pro, so you have to pay. Bummer
Virtually useless. Cant add steps, cand access the community.
no option to link it to Samsung watch/phone
Woeful. One member of staff was helpful. I was told card payments would be almost instant but here I am waiting 12 days later for it to come to my account and all I've had is poor excuses and lies, and thats when I've actually had communication.
Not linked with the food app
Does not integrate with Garmin Connect. Integration with Health Connect also has issues (can't set step target using Health Connect data). Tested with Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Garmin Forerunner 265. So far it's just a glorified appointment management app. UPDATE: Virtuagym insists that Garmin should support Google Health Connect while Garmin is already providing their own API for direct access to the activity and training data (Garmin Connect Developer Program)
How do I cancel my subscription? It's not under my payments & subscriptions?
It stops syncing with the food app about once a month so I have to uninstall it and reinstall install one or both apps and then re enter all the data.

Received a free copy in 2017 as part of beta testing. Constantly glichted that cause an activity entry to be duplicated. Both copies are deleted if one is deleted. Many common exercises don't exist on the app.
I can't find membership on this app ...my gym uses it for its clients but when I install it there is no clock or log in for membership or any membership setup
I paid for PRO yet don't have access to PRO content. Can you please fix this? App seems to be nice.
Supersets are not working as expected.
