I am having problems signing in on my new phone. I sent a request for help and was told I would have a response in one business day. I have repeated the request 4 days in a row and now it is six business days and no response there is a workaround. do not use your email address if you use your dragon pass membership number you can likely get in. why they give you an option to use your email I don't know.

Basically usles, rarely any airport has launge that this app give access to someone out of Schengen area.
very bad experience... compared to any other Similar application this one is the worst by far..

Not supported for most Australian visa cards. wasted my time and energy trying to get is sorted. not sure why dragonpass membership is not allowed for Visa from Australian banks.
Scam-like behaviour. Unlocked visits after $100 spend. Support confirmed valid until Dec 2026. Then revoked without notice. Contradictory replies. Others kept their visits. Lost all trust. Switching to MasterCard
Service vraiment pourri, ça fait +/- 25 courriels que j'envoie avec Visa Airport Compagnon en demandant simplement de mettre mon compte a jour car l'ancienne carte est expirée, mais le site mentionne que ma nouvelle carte est dans leurs systèmes mais n'apparaît pas, seulement les informations de ma carte expirée...Alors mon compte reste toujours expiré. Qu'est-ce qui n'est pas clair dans ma question? Et cela dure depuis environ 2 semaines, j'ai annulé mon adhésion

I tried to sign up and they said my card is not eligible for this program being a Scotiabank Passport Infinite card, which it is! I emailed them (the only way to contact them) and no answer in two days!!
I can't even autofill my password and it keeps logging me out when I arrive at any airport. If I still had my private banking Mastercards, I wouldn't use this.
Doesn't interact with google password manager, and can't paste password into password field. So if you use complex passwords you're out of luck. Update a year later: no improvement - actually worse. Useless app. Fire the dev team's manager (I'm a dev team manager - I should know).

App is timing out. I cannot even try to log in because it asks me to fill in my region, and it can't retrieve the list of regions to pick from.
Misleading lounge access wording. The app says: “Enjoy 10 free visits per year if spend condition is met.” This creates the expectation that after qualifying, customers receive 10 annual visits. In reality, eligibility is recalculated every 35 days, and visits may suddenly disappear unless spending requirements continue to be met. This important limitation is not clearly explained in the app UX/UI.
