Please try again later." But I've gotten no confirmation of ticket receipt. No email address or phone number listed. So I'm just stuck without a resolution....

Doesn't work with Android 10, or possibly not without phones with NFC. Unusable app. But you can login via web browser which is silly.
I would recommend to rather use a different platform. I was denied entry at charles de gaulle airport where the lounge stated they do not accept dragon pass even though this app clearly stated I will have access. Ive reached out to this app and the excuse was "We would like to clarify that lounges are operated by third parties, not directly by Visa or Dragonpass." They stated many hypothetical reasons why, but basically acquitted themselves of any recourse. Ill look for a different option now.
I am having problems signing in on my new phone. I sent a request for help and was told I would have a response in one business day. I have repeated the request 4 days in a row and now it is six business days and no response

I got the TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite card and have been trying to sign up for the lounge access, but I keep getting an error saying my card isn’t eligible. I contacted TD, and they told me to reach out to the Visa Airport Companion program. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times through their form, but I haven’t received any response. Now I’m not sure how I’ll access the lounge since I’m traveling soon.

horrible to use, almost impossible to reset password. Even after numerous attempts to reset password the app locks you out for 30 minutes. E-mails to reset come rarely. Even when I do reset my password it does not work
I am unable to login to the app despite resetting my password multiple times. The app continues to say I've entered the wrong password yet I can log into the visa companion website using the same password without issue. I've reached out via the "contact us". Please investigate and fix this.
Frustrating App. Downloaded this app for airport usage. Often won't let me sign in, states password is wrong. Won't send a code to update password. When I try another time, the sign in works fine. Makes the benefits of the Visa useless.
1. app does not allow screenshots to contact support. 2. does not allow pasting card number (even the bank app does) 3. telegram bot only reads the account mobile number and DOES NOT work with anonymous telegram numbers +888 4. idiots use stars masking for each and every input field (they imagine it brings SECURITY). a disaster
I am trying to login and somehow I think I have missed the password so when I clicked on forgot password it is not sending me the code to my email address. and I am traveling to India and Thailand but I don't see lounge services in that region.

This uses huge amount of date 97% of it is uploading. It consumed around 500 to 1000 mb per day without any use just opened in the background. I hope it is not hacked or used as a backdoor for phones. I've updated the app and the same issue remained.I hope you fix this bug (if it is a big) I've forced stopped the app and cut the internet on the app until the problem is solved. I have screenshot proving everything and I'm 1000% percent sure of the usage using glasswire. Developer email is full 😕
Update. two months of trying to contact customer support and Zero response. they have no customer support. cannot change email on account and bank just keeps saying to deal with them. ridiculous.

The new spend condition is outrageous, and why does it have to be international? Lounge access is the only reason i got the damn card, and i spend a lot using it, now i have to spend $100 on international transactions for the annual 12 visits, currently locked. i spend a lot locally and internationally, but no matter how much i spent, i still have to redo it after the new reset. I think it's time to say goodbye to this useless card.

Not happy about what the companion has to offer. In Toronto was a crowded space, in Montreal no buffet.

Little too difficult to set up. It takes way too long to respond, especially when try make corrections to typing.
in the sign up section, under country/region of issuance, the Philippines isn't in any of the options, so I cant finish signing up
I appreciate the app and lounge access tremendously, but the ability to deal with app issues unresolvable through the webform method is a nightmare. after 3 attempts I gave up. Good old fashioned customer service with real phone help (or real-time chat) should be available to those whom their issue is not resolved.
