Unfortunately the experience i had with this app was not good. when you open the app, with your balance, you can see the status if you can use your card to buy things on the internet. Considering my status was green to make purchases online, I went to buy something... The store did not accepted the card. I put a considerable amount to the card.. Now i am stuck with this value in this card that i cant use where I wanted. Bad app and bad customer policy
it would be nice if the loan could be paid in installments and it would be nice to have the ability to get the money in ATM.
I used this apps for almost 5years if im not mistaken.recently i try to buy something in amazon which I charge my account for 30000yen and then something happened to may account so now i dont know how to recover it again.
I paid £15 to UK from charged 4000yen something,and got receipt from the addressee. But I can't access card application from this morning. Thank you!

非常に悪質なカード。「ポチっとチャージ」の機能をオフにすることができない。 年齢が若く、金融知識のない精神的に幼稚な若者をターゲットにしているだけに、多重債務の罠にはまり、莫大な負債を抱える若者が発生するのは目に見えている。 社会的問題になるのは目に見えているが、MUFGグループ入りしたことで、イッパンを借金地獄に落としても、自社が利益を獲得できれば、他人はどうなってもかまわないというモラルのかけらもない危険なサービス。

There's no customer service, no phone number on the website as well. My app logged out it self and I couldn't log in again, I sent emails but received only automated messages. It doesn't work for many stores. Binance, Bybit, Ali Express. 👎👎👎

Just downloaded the app and got immediately suspended due to "suspicious" activities. I was only going to order Uber Eats, how is it suspicious, tf. If anyone from Vandle read this, and I hope they read it even though it's in English, would you guys mind giving me an explanation why I cannot use it for Uber eats? I don't mind paying later, because that's the point of this card, but it would be meaningless if I cannot even use the card. And I already have payment due but cannot even use it.

They deactivated my account with money in it with just a week of using it, and i cant even refund my money and can't create new account.
