my order confirm but two days later order cancel by Vishal mega Mart causing product out of stock.
I placed an order through the app, which initially went smoothly, with delivery expected by 3:31 PM. However, by 3:59 PM, it had not arrived. When I checked the status, it incorrectly showed the order as delivered at 8:16 PM, which was impossible at that time. There was no tracking, delay notification, or explanation. This raises serious concerns about the app’s reliability, and I hope the team improves the accuracy of order updates. My experience at the shop was much better than the app.
I have added some items in my cart. when I am proceeding to check out it shows as unable to fetch data. So there may be some glitch in the app for which it is not working properly and needs update and removal of the glitches. The performance of the app is not satisfactory.
What a loser app and service, The order delivery time was 5 to 7 but the order never came .No information about the order provided.The customer service team is nothing than a robot asking u for type 123 instead of answering queries. No one to serve.
In your shops carry bag is not free when u buy about 5 thousand not avibale... At lest u can't mange one plastic hand cover... Shame on u...

What happened with payment methods? Why can I no longer use UPI IDs, or QR code . I don't want to pay with cards all the time and don't want to save my card either. I used to pay from different devices just using UPI ID. I don't use payment apps on this device.
Vishal product like pressure cooker of tandem are very bad for daily use

He is very useless, he fills the wrong address, he is creating so much problem in giving me refund, he closes the ticket again and again without solving the complaint.

I Never received my order, it has been 3 days since I ordered it and I even complained on the day I ordered, no refund no nothing, NO STARS IF I COULD, SCAMERS, BE CAREFUL.
worst services from help desk , every time they said out of stock please inform before order , payment done, once order placed and payment done after 2,3 hours order automatically cancelled due to out of stock, worst services, I don't recommend this app please avoid it
