absolutely the shittest app ever! the gym entry depends on it and it keeps making trouble. Each time I'm spending 15 minutes at the gate of the game and can't enter. the staff wants us to use the app! stay away from this gym!

Si es necesario denunciaré en consumo para que incorporéis un qr offline o resolváis vosotros esta incidencia ya sea incorporando un repetidor o contactando con el gerente del local.

Me salió un error que mi cuenta está vinculada a otro dispositivo, mientras solo he estado usando la app en mi teléfono. Además es lenta y da muchos fallos.

No puedo hacer login, no sale el botón de Entrar. He probado con otro móvil, y sí funciona, pero con el mío, no. Ya he enviado un correo explicando el problema con detalle e incluso un vídeo demostrativo. Quedo a la espera de vuestra atención. Puedo ayudar si es necesario en la investigación de qué pasa. Actualizaré la review si conseguimos que funcione la app en mi móvil. Gracias.
La app falla, te dice q no puedes entrar porque el usuario esta ligado a otro teléfono. Tres meses así, arreglenlo, por favor.
app doesn't work. Impossible reservar clases
Be careful! No refunds for not cancelling contract. My brother came to visit from the US in October,and got hit for 5 months in a row membership fee without ever stepping foot in the gym. When we requested a refund we were rudely denied.

Sin integración con calendarios de Google o Apple, obligando a los usuarios a transferir citas manualmente 2. Tiempo fijo para recordatorios (2 horas antes de la clase) sin opciones de personalización 3. Las notificaciones de recordatorio persisten incluso después de cancelaciones de clases, lo que provoca pérdida de tiempo y confusión
First the app was stuck just showing the background wallpaper, so I decided to reinstall it, but now it doesn't finish the installation, it stops at 97%.
I can't go into the app and cancel a recurring membership (as I was on a two week trip in Barcelona). Your staff member set up a recurring monthly membership (instead of just 1 month) which I kept getting charged on and now I cannot log in to cancel it. I've had to cancel my debit card and request a new one thinking I was getting scammed from a shady convenience store with random different payments only to realize Bruc Barcelona was you. Very disappointed

No se abre (última versión descargada el 11/01/2025) Update 20/01/2025: los comentarios del desarrollador que dicen "la incidencia fue solucionada" son deshonestos! No es verdad, he actualizado la app otra vez y nada está resuelto. Lo repiten cada vez y cada vez hay más gente que dice que no funciona la app. Es mentira, ni más ni menos. No inspira confianza.

Cannot open the app it keeps crashing when I try to open it. Every day in the gym I have to ask the trainers to open the door for me because this app does not work on my s24... Edit 20/01/2025- new update was supposed to resolve this issue, but it is not resolved. The app still crashes upon startup.

App closes itself after changing phones so I cannot enter the gym unless I ask the staff to open for me. Sent email to support and they said it's a known issue. I changed phone 2 months ago...

Desde la última actualización la app no pasa de la pantalla inicial, no puedo iniciar sesión ni aparece siquiera el botón para ello. Como no puedo ver el QR, tienen que abrirme manualmente en el gimnasio con la molestia que supone que haya alguien siempre pendiente de ello
Aplicação horrível, não sai sequer do ecrã principal. A do Fitness Hut funcionava bem, esta foi-me impingida numa atualização no dia 26/nov/2024. O vosso site também não funciona direito, tentei entrar em contacto com o suporte técnico e disse-me que um dos personal trainers entraria em contacto comigo para a minha adesão??? Gente, não preciso de PTs nem de aderir já que sou vosso cliente. Preciso é que a app funcione!
Te deja entrar y salir del gym y eso funciona bien. El workout es de risa te ponen todos los ejercicios generales y ahí llevas el plan de entrenamiento que publicitan en su web... 14 ejercicios 3 series de 20 repeticiones con un minuto de descanso y dicen que son 55 min jaja . No es tan difícil dar el valor añadido que promocionais

I can't download invoices no matter what, always shows an error saying I need to enable location eventhough I already have. Why would you need my location to download files?

Tienes que acudir en gimnasio si te trocas de teléfono, porque "tu cuenta está en el otro móvil" esto no hace ningún sentido
há bugs frequentes. o último foi que tive que desinstalar o app, pois dizia que eu estava conectada em outro telemóvel. nunca usei outro.
