I paid for the ad-free version, but when I tried to use it, it told me that the subscription was linked to a different account. When I reached out to customer support for help, they didn't assist me in resolving anything at all. The whole experience was terrible; in the end, I just lost my money.
Program will start to download then it just freezes up. When it does go to the program I will hear other voices from other shows in the background in order to get rid of that I have to go back & start over again. Not worth the $8.99 I’m paying.
too many adds and they are very often. cant even watch anything with out having adds every minute. You watch more adds than anything. Also if you even rewind what you are watching just a second they throw you like 5 more ads. Also the videos freeze alot and it seems like they are loading but they never play.

the streaming quality sucks even with great internet speeds, if you want to watch the champions league just get Paramount+. I'm glad they won't have the world cup, streaming through peacock is way better than vix. disappointed in this obvious money grab to hold games behind a paywall.

Información fraudulenta ya que me hicieron el cobro de la suscripción a premium sin notificarme con anterioridad y estando en el periodo de gratuidad y no hacen reembolsos. ¡Tener Cuidado!

this app is really frustrating, it freezes all the time,i can't save shows or movies on my list even when there is an option for that,it just doesn't save them. This is the 1st month an the last i payed for the subscription, this app looked so promising but it needs a lot of work to work properly.

If I could give this app zero stars I would...it's the worst app ever... the ads they give is totally unbelievable... you spend more time watching the same ads over and over then you see the show... but I guess they do this so you switch to the paid version.... worst service and app
it takes a long time to load and they fall easily and the worst thing is that there is no technical support for any type of problem.Second review... this app it's getting worse they don't do anything about the bad reviews its like they don't care about it, SO SAD!!! and now they have more adds them before actually more than local TV. very Disappointed!@
This app rarely works, always having issues mid game, crashing, not wanting to load, plus doesn't stream all of the champions league games. I'll stick to Paramount plus.

paid for the premium subscription but it didn't show up on any of my apps when I reached out to their support center they said they couldn't find my account and that I had to reach out to Roku for help and wouldn't even issue me a refund I provided screenshots of the payment the app showing through Roku that I had an active account with them and the invoice of the payment made and they still would not help me
La app mas HORROROSA que he usado! No se si solo sea un problema al usarla aqui en USA pero es HORRIBLE...*Para empezar pesima calidad en sus videos pesimaaaa y tengo buen y rapido internet. *Simples e incluso nulas las opciones en cada video al reproducir. please fix this app. we are paying for premium and the video stops every minute and replays the previous 5 seconds. It's been 1 month since this started and no update. Fix it!!! That's why we pay for this App.
Terrible App. Terrible Website. The App will constantly kick you out if logged in the TV so you have to watch ads even if you pay for premium. And you can't log in if their website isn't working. Their website mostly works except for the section "activar" that's where you put in the code to log in your TV. So you're blocked from logging in on your TV but can watch a soccer match on your phone like a cave man. Why pay for this app just to suffer?

Awful app. when I try to use Google Vast to my TV I just got a black screen and never works. Sometimes only cast like 3 seconds of video and freezes. it's the only app that'd dont work with Google Cast
la calidad del audio en los dos juegos de Italia en las eliminatorias fueron TERRIBLES! parecía televisora local y no un grupo de medios como Univision. El audio se cortaba (dejando solo ambiente) no se podía entender muchas veces lo que decían los narradores, los primeros 5 minutos los talentos no sabían que estaban al aire y se escuchaba todo, de verdad arruinaron la narración y la experiencia. Menos mal que era la prueba gratis con Prime, de haber pagado estaría más molesto. Muy mediocre

Knowing now how mediocre their programming is, and how bad their sports content is, I regret wasting my money on this useless app and the company that runs it... I had a really frustrating experience with Vix. The app is way too expensive for what it offers, and I couldn’t even get it to work properly. I tried installing it on my Fire Stick, but it wouldn’t load or function correctly. On top of that, I had trouble signing in, which made the whole experience even worse. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money. Definitely needs major improvements before I would consider using it again. extremely unsatisfied.
needs to fix bugs, even though I payed I still have to see comercials with comercials free shows. that is called false advertisement and will report it.

I can't believe I have to pay for the subscription again when I paid for it annually. Four months ago I paid for the membership FOR A YEAR, and today I had to pay again. If this happens to me again, I will sue them for fraud and deception.
We pay for a premium subscription only to receive 720p at best with horrible frame rate. Every Liga MX game looks very blurry and stuttery the games are full of action you can't use sub 30fps.
This has been one of the worst TV experiences I've ever had. It's just ridiculous and feels unfair that there are no Black movies or shows available on this platform.
Samsung app has problems and just spins and locks up consistently. sometimes I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. horrible for Samsung. update: app has been working since last post and now it's down again on Samsung TV App. I'm sure your not gonna admit there are issues but please fix it. im a paying customer of your app and the Samsung TV app has always been an issue and please don't say reinstall which I have plenty of times.
