I hate that wallmart connection
this app is horrible
keeps bothering me too rate it after the first. time and I gave it 5 stars at first but since it can't stop with this annoyance it now get a 1

Garbage. My soundbar manual said to use the app to change settings easily, but they force you to make an account. I don't want to stream your stupid movies, I want to use the products I paid for.
The app is slow, tedious, and does nothing but go in circles
Terrible app for a terrible product. Vizio should stick with making TVs and remove the BS attempt at surround sound with high failure rates and low quality speakers.

Main Screen field overlaps with rendering issues introduced this release 4/29/2026. (Original 2023 Review of App and flagship $700+ soundbar the P514a-H6 5.1.4). Sounds good when it works - which is seldom. Frustrating and intolerable HDMI handshake/sync issues - and audio just stops - particularly after fast forwarding my TiVo DVR. No firmware updates for over two years to correct handshake issue. Provided remote is near useless for customizing sound (except volume). Avoid Visio in the future.

Forced to download this BS for my stupid TV.... Last Vizio I purchase.
I download the app to check the firmware and make sure everything is okay cuz it was running a little slow and then I find out that it will not let me register anything
connected but the remote refuses to pop up. Just buffers forever and never brings up the controls.

Trying to cancel out of an OTA channel scan is actually impossible. I think they make it to where the app stops working. It's really annoying.

Disappointing Product
Screw you, Walmart. This app was fabulous until they bought VIZIO and are forcing account creation, likely to collect more personal information and push the ads. Again, screw you Walmart for messing up a good thing.
why do I have to form an account
this app sucks. can't get it to work with the TV to turn off the talkback function. if I had a remote, I wouldn't have needed this stupid app.

They need to seriously leave it alone. It works fine one update then the next it's junk.
