Please can you send me a refund of the time I wasted attempting to navigate your site. People have been requesting an English option for 2 years. I searched for "language" in Japanese and tried to match the picture of a little hut with some lines and some squares with pointy bits but all I found were squiggles and little huts. how the hell do I change the language to English?

absolutely horrible. wish i could give this 0 stars! it plays the most overrated songs and provide mostly miku. no other vocaloids!
Everything takes WAY too long to load now. Playlists/mylists take FOREVER to load and playing a song takes even longer. Also missing a dark mode theme
I can't log in. I know my password's right, since I logged out and back in of regular Niconico. It doesn't use a separate account, as when I try to sign up, it brings me to the web browser and says I'm already logged in. Maybe I'll try logging in some other day... EDIT: 20 days later and I still can't log in. I'm gonna have to just uninstall for now, but will keep my eye out for any app updates.
This app has a serious flaw. It does not account for logins by linked SNS accounts. I cannot use the app because it will not let me login to my NicoNico account.

I know this app is designed for Japanese, but considering people from all around the world need to listen to vocaloid songs from this app, English language support is really needed and also Engilsh search function is also needed cause you can't possibly type Japanese if you don't know it. I can't fully use it right now so can't give a precise rate right now.
I can't figure out how to change it to english, so I'm guessing how to do anything but it does play music. Developers please try and add an english version.
I quickly discovered why people were struggling with this app. Immediately, I couldn't find an easy way to switch the language to English and navigated the app for at least ten minutes trying to find a way. Ended up just trying to listen to a song. It takes at least ten seconds for the song to load. I tried a different song, had the same issue. At least the song quality was really good.
new update made it harder. i was hoping to still have my vocaloid playlist with 110+ songs but its wiped now :( 1+ star for easy vocaloid song accessibility
