so sick of the endless rotation of new providers in Chelmsford. every 6 months I have to give my id, personal details and personal data to a new company to be able to use a scooter once every 6 weeks. I used to humour the company changes but now I am sick of it. it's probably been 5 different companies since I have lived there. I don't care how good this company is operationally, the fact is that the consumer experience is significantly worse for them rocking up in Chelmsford.

The parking setup needs a massive review. Reaching your destination becomes impossible to park as it changes so quickly.
whilst it is very good. I recently was told to add my id. they lost it Voi lost my id and said they never had it. for that alone I give 1 star. I will start a new account today but rarely use it. loose my id again and I will take you to court!!!!
unacceptable id process can't use my birth certificate however to obtain a id with a picture they need a birth certificate
First time experiance, and both Scooters had flat batteries, obiously not maintained as they should in my area. Shame but money waisted at this time
They use ai to check where your parked from the pictures you send. and you will be penitelized if there is even a single spot of green beside the scooter. I parked on gravel where I usually park, and spots of weed started to grow there. From what I understood from their support was that it was better to park on the road and block traffic.

Always has technical issues, but only when I need to use it
App functionality is terrible only matched by the awful customer service.

Won't let me park even when there's space.
Pretty bad really. You can't end a ride if you lose connectivity. You can't buy the right pass unless your phone location is in the area you want it for. They often have loads of bikes/scooters in one area of Oxford and nothing at all in others. Bikes are frequently damaged with poor brakes, throttle issues and steering issues.
only 8 bikes allowed on each parking space, they are all full in my area

its a shame you use stars to rate this app, my mountain bike w puntured tires goes faster than this waste of electric parts
the popups keep costing me time, i know what I'm doing, I don't need all these things that slow down the time it takes to end my ride. Keep losing minutes.
I went all the way to stratford and there was no parking so had to go back my route . angry
doesn't work half the time and customer service is absolutely terrible.

Couldnt park it anywhere, followee it's instructions to it's parking spots still couldn't park. took back too where I started and still couldn't. support where incredibly slow
The app itself is excellent - smooth, intuitive, and clearly built by skilled developers. 👍 My one star is for the pricing and marketing policy. The bikes advertise “One Free Ride” in huge text, but the small print says it only applies for the first 10-15 minutes and for a limited time, which feels misleading. I ended up paying £17 for a little over a two-hour ride. The technology is great, but the promotion and cost transparency need improvement.
Downloaded app to ride a bike with friends. Took a £5 deposit, didn't unlock the bike, and you need to email the company to get your deposit back and the in app Ai service is useless.
not delivering on what is promised. took a bike for the first time to make my commute easier and it's parking is so unpredictable and scarce that once I arrived at my destination it made me go 10min away from it to be able to park. avoid if you can, or be ready to pay for the risk f you Voi
you get one chance for a first impression and what a terrible one. basket too small, and doesn't turn with wheel, ride is heavy, capped speed at 26km/h then worst thing was bike suddenly errored 5mins into my ride. on a main road cycle path. So dangerous.. do not use, stick with Lime instead.
rather poorly designed app with no markers of your current location, maps are below average with many street names missing altogether, overall hard to navigate to the closest bike location if you're staying over somewhere for holiday and don't know the area. also says free unlock for first time users which just isn't true
worest experience ever !!! I used this bike because im late... in the middle of my way it gave red light because out of range, so i decided I to park it but it said i have to find a prak !!! when i was looking for park it made me back again ckose to place i start!!! , i lost time and money . Really bad experience
please be aware when using the bikes if you go to a parking zone and there already bikes it wont let you park if its to full but doesnt tell you until you get to the location. useless.

I like the concept and use them but they are ripping customers off by changing for full minutes not based on your actual usage. if you ride for 5:02 mins, you are charged for full 6mins.
It's the worst, terrible support, overcharging. Every single time wants me to cycle miles away from my destination because, according to them, the parking spot is full !!!! It's not my problem, the point of using the bike to go from A to B, not to Z 🤬🤬

These bicycles are really a big trap to steal from your pocket. Surely the London municipality is fully aware of it. unfortunately there is no law to counter your scam. Such theft in the name of urban services and citizens' welfare is a bad idea, especially since in your suffocating justification you claim to be an environmentalist 👎
Expensive in Edinburgh,the bus is cheaper and you will be lucky to be able to park it near your destination as spaces are limited, then you have to pay to cycle to an available parking space and walk back. cheers. The brakes are terrible too.

unreliable, the only reason I'm still using this us bcs there is no alternative here, 72km range stopped working after 2nd trip of the day of 5km, randomly stops working, actually stopped me in traffic while crossing a crossroad, can't rent a scooter after midnight when it's needed the most to substitute missing day busses, and now they had an app outage exactly at 23:55 so I couldn't book a scooter on time after work.. rly lucky voi doesn't have a competitor I would drop these guys immediately

I want to drop off the bike so it makes sense to get directions to the destination parking place easily
you say "~40 km range" and the battery runs out after 3 km? that's a very generous estimate

Good service, rubbish app & support
While I am somehow OK with the services and app (there is room for improvement), I am shocked with the pricing scheme. It seems that every month the fare per minute increases. I am now paying almost twice I used to pay per minute when I started using not so long ago. I am confident that the company has solar panels to charge the bikes and may be using the oil crisis as justificacion to profit more.
