I downloaded this app twice it just does the reload icon and it won't even load I'm running Android 15. I only got it so I can get online purchases of sobeys. get it together people.
they are falsely marking things as canadain products and I am done working with a company that lies to me. I will not be using any stores owned by this company until they mark American products clearly so I can choose not to buy them and not lie and say it's local or from canada.
Haven't been able to log in for months. Sobey's preferentially gives discounts for purchases made with the app, which doesn't function. How is this fair to its customers?

Better have a full week free. Miss one call, and they will reschedule you days later. Constantly out of items, and poor costumer service. All around bad.
it was fine until they double charged me and I had to argue with them for my money back. Got my money back but it's not worth it. Customer service lies to you.
After first online purchase, it has not allowed me to log back again. Keep resetting password and still locks me out. Customer chat said allow 24 hr for change, but cycle repeats even after changing password. Waste of time!!!! How does this work?
Unable to log in with Google while using Android 13. I would love to use this app but I can't.
The time slots to order are so inconvenient. If you order for delivery between 6-10 am they show up at 6 am. If you order between 8 and 10am they show up at 10am. So the only real options are 6 or 10am lol.
Can't login on my phone, it just shows blank page since I've entered my credentials. My partner can login, but she doesn't have access to the scene discounts that are available on the iga app, which forces you to use this one to order online. In short, a bad experience.
Garbage. Offers deliveries of IGA , kim phat , etc but limited items most not available what the store carries. What's the point? Useless.
I can't even login. It opens to a webpage and then infinitely refreshes. I can use it on a mobile browser without the app, but not the app itself. The in app browser does not work for the login on my phone.

Lots of trouble with this app. After opening it would take me to Checkout BEFORE I could shop. So I uninstalled and reinstalled, but now can't Sign-in at all or use the Forgot Password Link. The Sourge page on my browser says "a Google bot is saying signing in as Self is unsafe!" I have shopped at this store twice weekly since 2020, and never had one days problem. Well one less app is 2-3 less trackers and ads. I'll just go to the website.

Let down for the last time? No control over substitutions and failed delivery turns what should be a great service to a major frustration. Preordered food for Christmas Eve dinner items over a week in advance. Half my sides cancelled without substitutions. I guess I'm going to the grocery store Christmas Eve instead of spending time with family because Voila can't manage inventory or honour first orders first.
