volaris is a garbage airline I will never use them again. we has a last minute family emergency and they would not refund us or give us a future credit. I will never do any kind of dealing with this worthless airline. absolute garbage

complicasion asiendo check in no ecticos te venden un vuelo despues te presentas en el aeropuerto y te disen que no ay asiento para bolar , te disen que te dandinero por tu vuelo selos vendes y solo tedan un credito con el que solo puedes comprar un buelo que te venden mas carro que si lo compraras sin ese credito 🙄

super hard to check-in if you don't have the physical document to scan. it doesn't allow you to type it in. It's frustrating when you are trying to do it for your senior parent.
My booking reservation details never load after entering confirmation number and name. No matter how long I wait for the details to show, it just keeps loading.

No merece ni una sola estrella. La app de esta aerolínea NO SIRVE EN ANDROID. Adquirí una tarifa plus en mi vuelo y en la app sale que tengo Zero; en la web mi reserva sí sale con mi tarifa y me da el check in pero en la app NO. Un familiar se percató de que todo sale correcto desde el software de la manzanita. Tuve que realizar mi check in desde otro dispositivo, con otro software y, aunque ya sale mi pase en la app, en Android los datos siguen siendo INCORRECTOS.

The primary purpose of the airline's app is to provide flight information readily and simplify check-in. This app fails at both. It updates the gate info at the very last moment. It never pre-caches boarding passes, so opening them is painful, especially in Mexico where the Internet can be slow. Free advice: don't use the app, print boarding passes, and check the board for flight updates.
No puedes hacer check in desde el sitio, pero te obliga a bajar la app. No puedes meter los datos de tu pasaporte, tienes que usar la cámara. Rompieron el proceso de check in para obligar a usar la app y no se puede usar si no tienes smartphone o no sirve la camara
Unable to even do the most basic of functions, check-in for my flight. Since there is no way to check-in online, what am I to do?
I just confirmed my flight for Saturday. When I saw the receipt, I was charged for 2 checked bags. I only wanted one. I called immediately and was told they would do nothing to correct the obvious error. So far the service has me worried about boarding the flight.

this is the worst app. It keeps getting an error has occurred when trying to do the check in and if you go to their website it refers you back to the app. and if you try on iOS it just refuses to accept the passport as according to them info is incorrect and you are not allowed to type it manually.. BS I wish I could give you zero stars.
The airline is the worst I've ever dealt with. If you have a problem or need anything, you're out of luck. There is ZERO customer service.

No solo es imposible hacer el check-in desde el enlace del correo electrónico, sino que tampoco se puede encontrar fácilmente cómo hacerlo sin descargar la aplicación. Es una vergüenza total, un completo circo, un absurdo. Y aun después de descargar la app, el check-in no estaba disponible por problemas con la aplicación. Al final, en el check-in presencial me dijeron que había overbooking y perdí mi vuelo. La peor experiencia, la peor compañía

The old app was 100 times better. This app works 1 out of 10 times and that's being generous. I have to close the app every time it fails and I lose out on the deal that they had in the moment. It doesn't work. Id rather use the website.
Worse service, you buy the ticket get the bar code on the app and Volaris do not respect your ticket or sit. they sell it again. over sell the tickets leaving people without the final destination or in other words do not give you the services. Bad bad super bad services.
Very complicated
Volaris will not let you check in from their website, and they force you to download the stupid app. Upon opening the app for the first time it immediately wanted me to leave a review/rating. it also prompted me 3 times to enable notifications while trying to do check in. This stupid company is not winning any confidence in my opinion.
Muy mala experiencia con esta aplicación y con la aerolínea en general. Cómo puede ser posible que en la página de internet no te dejen hacer check-in? Supuestamente ya solo se hace en la aplicación y la aplicación no funciona y te tira un mensaje de "error inesperado" a la hora de querer hacer tu check-in. 0 opciones, después llegas con 2 horas de anticipación al aeropuerto y sus pobres empleados angustiados con un masivo embotellamiento de personas por su propia y pésima logística.

la aplicación no funciona bien y es inaceptable que sea la única manera de hacer check-in. da la impresión que quieren usar nuestros datos de forma deshonesta si ya no se puede hacer el check-in por web. una basura de aplicación anti-consumidor.
Always error
Worst app ever. You can attempt to do the check in and it works less than half of the time. Sometimes you can do one but not your travel partner's or childrens'.Most of the airport terminals have huge lines due to this app error and when they are down the attendants will try to charge you even though you prove it is not user error. worst system all together.
$100 for a checked bag is rediculous, especially when buying it on the app before my flight
