Maldita aplicación, necesito hacer mi Chek-in y me pide que forzosamente lo haga por la app, es una estupidez de logística que no se pueda hacer por computadora, no abre la aplicación se queda cargando ni siquiera se me rece una estrella, solo por qué me pagan el vuelo, si no prefiero mil veces más Aeroméxico

No pueden obligarnos a descargar una app para obtener el boleto y al mismo tiempo cobrar en el mostrador para emitir un boleto.

pagamos/escogimos 2 asientos y se nos fueron quitados a varios sin aviso el mero día del vuelo. Su WhatsApp no es fàcil de navegar cuando se trata de quejas en sí y además tardaron horas en responder que lo que nos quitaron no era reembolsable. Paid/chose 2 seats & were taken away from several people the day of the flight. WhatsApp is hard to navigate for complaints itself & took literally hours to respond & say the seats we paid for aren't refundable. Don't pay for assigned seating people

Simplemente no puedo usar la app. Ya borre toda la información de la app, la desinstale y ya la instalé de nuevo y solamente marca error.

Si vuelo una vez al año con Volaris, no hay necesidad de que me obliguen a descargar la app para hacer check-in por acá cuando ya existía un cliente web. Ni siquiera Lufthansa, la peor aerolínea del mundo, te obliga a descargar una aplicación para hacer check-in. Actualización: A 1 año de escribir esta reseña, la app ¡ha empeorado! Ni siquiera la puedo abrir, y sus otros canales de check in tampoco funcionan. Qué triste.
Impossible hablar con un humano para asistencia con tus viajes. Hoy por fin según fui conectado con uno, me pidió mi número de reserva pero ya nunca más contesto, a pesar de que le compartí todos los datos solicitados. Es una pésima aerolínea. Ojalá México pronto tenga más opciones.
They've restricted web check-in. Now, its app only, which just doesn't work: 50% doesn't start, 100% can't recognise my passport. So now I have to do the check-in at the airport. I'm sure they can see it in their check-in at the airport stats, so it's done on purpose.
nonsense, they force you to use the app, not allowing you to use the web version. and if your country of departure needs physical verification of Mexican documents the app doesn't take in account and keeps asking you to scan again and again, just saying your documents are expired, when it's the case. anyways, too much hassle for the worst sitting experience in a low cost. you must ask the person in front of you to get their chair straight up or you won't be able to sit down or to stand up.
Vamos a enfocarnos en el performance del app. NO FUNCIONA! La aerolínea busca que todos los procesos de compras, check-in y demás sean a través de la app. Por ejemplo, haciendo mi check-in, en el paso "Passenger Information" se queda congelada y no funcionó más... Entonces mi vuelo está en peligro por el check-in. Si quiere sistematizar todos sus procesos, es importante asegurarse que esto funcione.
siempre se queda cargando y nunca abre, lo peor es que ahora no dejan hacer checkin desde la web. tengo un pixel 7a y siempre se queda en la pantalla de carga

malísima la aplicación no me deja ni cambiar el nombre en el perfil y mi cuenta de vip club, servicio al cliente pésimo tardan mucho y no arreglan nada a veces la aplicación hace glitch y no funciona y me tengo que ir al website y si me meto al website no puedo usar mi cuenta ahí

La aplicación se congela al tratar de hacer check-in. Ademas, no permite ingresar datos de manera manual y su funcion de escanear documentos no detecta pasaportes correctamente como tipo de documento para viajar a un lugar (como visa)

volaris is a garbage airline I will never use them again. we has a last minute family emergency and they would not refund us or give us a future credit. I will never do any kind of dealing with this worthless airline. absolute garbage

complicasion asiendo check in no ecticos te venden un vuelo despues te presentas en el aeropuerto y te disen que no ay asiento para bolar , te disen que te dandinero por tu vuelo selos vendes y solo tedan un credito con el que solo puedes comprar un buelo que te venden mas carro que si lo compraras sin ese credito 🙄

super hard to check-in if you don't have the physical document to scan. it doesn't allow you to type it in. It's frustrating when you are trying to do it for your senior parent.
